Amazing 3 nights stay with good friends and our kids! We booked the whole house with 11 adults and 9 children, 0-4 years old. We all had such a wonderful time. The house had plenty of space with our own bedrooms and bathrooms made it a comfortable stay.
The facilities included made for great value! The swim spa, fire pit, breakfast included, games room, a personal dam with canoes, yabby fishing to name a few highlights. The best inclusion is being able to feed the pony, 2x goats, Alpaca and chickens along with collecting fresh eggs to have for breakfast each day.
Michael was friendly, informative and very helpful in helping us plan our stay and showing us around. Michael was there to meet us and we rarely saw him throughout the stay making it a private retreat.
We will be back!

Off the beaten track and somewhat tricky to locate. But don't be fooled by the rustic surroundings. The lodge is beautiful, unbelievably clean, and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay whether you are there for 3 nights or a week. Mike was super friendly, taking us thru the 'chores', as well as feeding instructions for the resident farm animals, patiently. Truly a gem on Blue Mountain.

My family had such a marvellous stay at the lodge. We stayed over the weekend together with our family friends from interstates. The lodge was very cosy and warm when I arrived to check in at night. Mike was very helpful and easy to deal with . The kids really enjoyed feeding the animals, collecting eggs and jumping on the trampoline. We also did a short walk around the lodge. Thank you for your hospitality Mike!

For the past 6 years our family (currently 14 of us) have holidayed together for a weekend. Bilpin Lodge is by far our favourite and voted by the family as the best one yet!

Mike was so accomodating and the tour was thorough and informative to start the weekend. There is so much to do for young and old and I think we did it all!

The littlies loved the animals, the playground, the pool/spa, the kayaking and of course the indoor trampoline. The adults loved the pool/spa, the basketball court and the open spaces for the kids to run free!

We will definitely be back!

A lovely and thoughtfully designed place with lots to do for family and kids. Animal feeding, canoeing, BBQ, campfire, basketball - never a boring moment! It has a rustic charm but is well equipped and clean. Owner is really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended 🙂

I loved my stay with them. The place was clean, everything shining (which sometimes is complicated to find in a hotel), thr bedroom were comfy and with all that is needed. Bathroom were bigger enough with windows to see the backyard. The pool table was amazing! Honestly, this place has everything thst you need and the kitchen is insane. Not even my kitchen has the variety of things that they's!
I highly recommend this place for families and friends.

Bilpin Country Lodge is a very peaceful and serene place for all ages who wants a to get away from the busy city life. The lodge is spacious and clean!

There are pony, goats, alpaca, and a bunch of chickens. My son enjoyed feeding them and picking freshly laid eggs.

I highly recommend this place and will patronise here again in future!

Our family had a lovely stay here. We were thankful that we had the whole lodge to ourselves. We met Mike briefly before he left but he was very kind and made sure that we had everything we needed before leaving. Mike also shared that he tries not to mix families during the current covid times, which was very considerate and wise. We thoroughly enjoyed feeding the animals, the games room (which had a huge trampoline), starting our own fireplace and simply the whole lodge itself which was beautiful. There was a fully functional kitchen with breakfast food provided, hot water for showering, heater and basically everything we needed. We even had farm fresh eggs from the chickens for breakfast! Wish we had more time to enjoy the activities here. Definitely a great experience for city dwellers like us. Hope to come back again in the future!
