Love, love, LOVE Bila Vista Holiday Apartments! |We’ve stayed as family of 4 several times now and found everything from the location, price, pool area, beds, apartment layout, and facilities to be absolutely exceptional when compared with similar properties in/around Coolloongatta. |The manager Brad is lovely and goes above and beyond to provide great communication and to create a clean, warm and welcoming experience. Thanks again Brad!

Stayed for 7 weeks in a quiet apartment on 1st floor, spacious and comfortable for a couple with space for a visiting friend to stay overnight. |Brad is really helpful & a pleasure to chat with. If you're doing a long stay, call Brad for a better rate. Had an issue with the bed starting to sink in the middle, so he promptly organised a new one. Super comfortable, soft pillows and linen changed weekly so we slept really well.|Terrific location with bus stops literally outside the door (highly recommend the bus to lower stress on the very busy roads). |Didn't use the pool much (too cold) but it'd be brilliant in hot weather. |Undercover parking is great. Be aware there are no lifts so you'll get a workout bringing luggage up to your room. Well worth it though!|Loved our stay at Bila Vista, we plan to come back ?

Was a clean apartment but very run down on the outside needs a good water blast when we turned up we wondered if we would end up staying there it looked so terrible from the street and not the flashest area. Lady was lovely and took our 3 bags to the top level which was a huge help. Dated inside and shower not the best. Very dark rooms need lights on during the day so was abit depressing being in there thankfully we only had 1 full day there so we stayed out as long as we could and just slept there. Pretty quiet place a little road noise now and then but fine really. Lovely beach right outside and super close to airport was great for the 6am flight! Pool was advertised heated but was too cold to go in, and looked quite dirty. Spa was warm. Place just needs good maintenance outside and abit of updating but pleased it was clean and quiet enough.

Great hotel . 5 min walk to beach. apartments were spacious and very clean. had all the facilities in them as advertised. Brad is very helpful . couldn't find fault with hotel. really enjoyed our stay there. public Buses out that we bring you to surfers paradise

Outstanding hospitality from booking to check out. The complex is gorgeous with a tropical feel, heated pool and spa area. Rooms were exceptionally clean, very comfortable sheets and pillows too! Great overall location within a short walk of airport, beach and cafes. Access is security controlled for peace of mind. Friendly team who went above and beyond.

Great little apartment complex for our weekend away. Room was a little dated but it was clean and tidy. The pool and spa were pristine and bbq area is handy. Super family friendly. And so close to the beach / shops. Check in was a breeze and Brad was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to another visit soon.

Excellent accommodation! Exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable and spacious! Will definitely come back in the summer. |Would have loved to have used the swimming pool. Unfortunately it rained fir most of my short stay so will book a longer visit next time.

What a GEM....stayed in unit 41 with two young kids, it's a renovated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom, bright, leafy and quiet! 65 inch TV, all the streaming services and even a sound bar! Heated pool and Spa a massive hit, kids played for hours! Has a great resort feel. Beach is not even a 5 min walk, and a great selection of restaurants close by! Also a massive bonus Uber from airport is 2-3mins, which was great after a flight with our kids. Manager Brad's customer care is next level, he even offered to take our bags upstairs. Have already booked for two weeks in school holidays next year!!!!!
