Jane is absolutely fabulous and customer-centred. She is highly inclusive and always makes me feel welcomed. She would listen to what skin problem concerns me before providing treatment and giving me great tips on skincare. Have much better skin since being pampered by Jane. Highly recommended her personalised services!

Jane is great at waxing and brow tinting. Jane is lovely to deal with and very experienced in her craft. I was looking for a new beautician for months before finding Jane as I wanted someone who was experienced. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my waxing and tinting!

Jane provides a beautiful service. Her facials are incredibly relaxing and she always does such an amazing job at making me feel pampered. Jane is professional and will always go the extra mile. I have been seeing Jane for many years now for facials. They are a pampering experience, low lights, candles and soft music whilst having your face feel so smooth afterwards. Jane will give professional advice for what is right for my skin and will assess my skin on arrival for what I require that visit and if there is a difference in cost or not. She also provides after care advice and will recommend a product to take home if necessary. She adheres by all hygiene standards. This has not only been a new thing because of Covid. Jane has always changed bedding and towels between each client and the premises is explicitly clean.

Jane is so professional and caring about her clients. She provides top quality products, spray tans, manicures and piercings plus more. Bijou spa is always clean and tidy.
