It's not much of a caravan park anymore. Seems to have been taken over by cabins - many permanent occupants. The managers are lovely, amenities and kitchen are clean. Just not the sort of place I'd ever want to take a holiday. Maybe just an overnighter if desperate?

We recently had a fantastic family holiday in Ulladulla, and it couldn’t have been more special, thanks to Shawn and Alex at the holiday park. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference, especially with our baby boy having the most pleasant sleep and our greyhound having the time of his life. Whether it was helping us with local recommendations or ensuring our accommodation was perfect, Shawn and Alex truly made us feel at home. We left with great memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Been on a holiday for a long weekend here. Amenities are top notch and well maintained. Cabins and villas are brand new with modern amenities. Helpful staff and quick access to the beautiful Racecourse beach. Overall, a wonderful place to stay for a holiday. Highly recommend this place.

Powered and unpowered site, water hookup, beach access but on a fairly busy road so traffic noise 24/7. Building a pool area and children’s playground which will be nice when finished

I stayed there mid February in one of the two bedroom cabins. Cabins are brand new, comfortable and clean. A short walk across the grass and on to the beach. What a beautiful beach for a walk, I had a surf and also saw dolphins. The park managers are helpful and friendly. It is also dog friendly too. See you next time.

Really nice and helpful managers, direct beach access, new equipment and clean facilities. Huge grass sites. A little bit uneven sites and a lot of flies when we visited, but both did not bother us. It was pretty quiet and relaxing in the park.

Great location right on the beach side as the name suggests. Clean grassy sites, spotless amenities and surrounds. Alex and Shawn are super friendly and accommodating, Thank you. We will stay again next time we are in town.
