Service was pretty good while checking in. The amenities were clean, but the staff had an interesting way of cleaning it. They would come in with a hose and spray water on every single surface. Pool was nice but small. Toilets were being cleaned, so my son used the accessible toilet. There was no handle on the inside to get out and he was stuck. My husband tried to open it but it wouldn’t work, since the door was locked with a key.We had to get the key from the office to get him out. If he didn’t have his phone, he would have been stuck there for ages. Good location, roads not good for scootering.

Dreadful and dirty. Stayed early Jan 25. Hired a cabin and travelled with friends who stayed in a tent. Do not come here, cabins are filthy and I mean filthy. Manager only interested in smoking cigarettes rather than assisting with costumers and acknowledging how dirty our cabin was. The camp kitchen open all night so food stolen and had homeless using as a place to sleep. Could not find any staff in evening to assist with there being no gas in camp kitchens bbqs. Amenities and site were not cleaned or maintained over the weekend and bins were overflowing by Sunday evening. Shame as I stayed here a year ago and managers before would go out of their way to help. Tasman sought this out as the other parks I have stayed at including rolling stone and mission beach are beautiful. This campsite is no where on par with your other sites.

We were a bit sceptical to stay here as some of the reviews were poor. However, to our surprise, we really loved the campsite. We decided to stay an extra night. The staff here were really helpful and welcoming including the maintenance team. We stayed at the powered campsite. The shower/bathroom were really clean. We felt really safe here for the few nights.

Extremely disappointed with our stay, leaving a day early. The room was musty and stank of stale cigarettes and urine. We were issued with damp linen that also matched the smell of the room. The only ablutions available were inaccessible due to flooding and there were no alternatives. We found drug paraphernalia in the cupboards in the room, indicating a thorough clean had not been conducted between guests.
Extremely disappointed, and a waste of money.

We had been looking forward to staying here a for a while. Front counter service by checkin was good.

The room was nice and cold with the aircon having been turned on for us by the staff prior to our arrival.

The room smelt like the cleaners had been smoking.

There were ants everywhere and I mean everywhere. We went to Coles to get some spray and had to spray the counter top, the ceiling, the floor, beside the bed, the table, the bathroom. This was a daily routine. Went to wash our hands but there was no little soap provided like you get everywhere else in Australia. Someone had pinched the plug in the kitchen and also a couple of the forks.
When the staff member came with the plug I told him about the ants everywhere and the fridge door shelf that was missing as well as the supplied shampoo and body wash pump bottles in the shower being empty and the conditioner bottle just having some water in it. Also asked if there was any dishwashing liquid. All he could manage to say was ok and that their staff were shit and they couldn't get good ones. There had not been a pre stay check done on the accommodation and at $200+ per night it is definitely not what we expected.

Do Not make a reservation at this campground!

The uploaded photos of the cabins do not reflect what they actually look like! This was even confirmed to us by one of the employees.
The cabins are very old, small, smelly (smoke) and very dirty.

Cabins with “beach view” only offer a view to the noisy street and car park.
The cabins are way too expensive and definitely not worth the money.

The lady working at the desk is impolite, disrespectful and not helpful when having a problem or issue to solve.
We wanted to change our cabin but were told there was no other cabin available for the night - which was not true because you could have booked it online.

We stayed at a different place this night and the promised refund has been rejected.

Please safe your money and find another nice place to stay in town.

Service was okay at check-in. Paid not really much attention. Amenities close by but outdated. The showers are too low for men >1.75m and also for women who are a bit taller. You will be able to look over the walls, bit awkward. Next to the road, bit of a nuisance and a weird feel overall at the campsite. Didn’t feel really safe. Some permanent sites or sites occupied by workers. The town and beach are close by. That is nice.

Overall, the campsite was clean, with a nice kitchen area and close to the beach and city. However, the BBQ and shower ran out of gas during our two-night stay, and there were too many sand flies, which was a bit bothersome. The price is fair for the amenities, but a few small improvements would make it better. Stricter camp rules would be nice
