Staying at Sandstone has been on our list for a long time, took us a while to get there but so glad we did… Definitely one of the best caravan parks to stay at, not many occasions you stay in a caravan park and the only thing that reminds you of it is the fact your sleeping in a caravan…

We just returned from an incredible 5-day stay at Big 4 Sandstone Point, and I can honestly say it was the best Big 4 experience we’ve had! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly, always with a smile and ready for a chat, which made us feel right at home.

The location is perfect – so close to the Sandstone Point Hotel, but honestly, we didn’t need to leave the resort the entire time! There’s so much to do on-site, with a massive water park, big pools, and even a swim-up bar. It was the ultimate place to relax and have fun all in one spot.

The facilities were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making everything even more enjoyable. Whether you’re looking to relax by the pool or keep the kids entertained at the water park, it truly had something for everyone. We were able to unwind without having to go anywhere, which made it the perfect getaway.

We can’t wait to come back! Big 4 Sandstone Point is definitely a place I’d recommend to family and friends. Thanks to all the amazing staff for making our stay unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back for more fun and relaxation.

This fabulous resort is every kids dream and every parent’s ultimate holiday.
The resort is amazing, we opted for a two bedroom villa and it was very modern, spacious with everything you need. So many pools, water slides and activities for the kids to do on a daily basis. Huge play area and park, tennis court, mini golf, games room and more. I loved the text with “What’s on for the day” and our girls loved reading this out and locking in their activities for the day.
My kids loved the disco, daily colouring competitions, fire twirling, bingo, painting, movie nights, quad bikes and the wild life show. We even got our girls hair braided.
Did I mention the food and happy hour? Literally the best food and so reasonably priced. We drove to Australia zoo and spent the day exploring this amazing park.
Big 4 have thought of everything to ensure you have a great family holiday and it’s one your going to love and remember.. Well done big 4 and thank you for an amazing holiday.

Big 4 at Sandstone point is undoubtedly the best holiday park we’ve been to. The facilities are modern, clean and so well maintained. My grandchildren love it there as there is always so much to do. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly. The activities are great. The food is great. The location is great. You can’t get better than that.

We have been staying at the sandstone point resort for 6 years now. We had our engagement party here many years ago and all our guest stayed with us at the resort since then it’s become our family top destination spot. We stay here atleast 3 times a year. You can’t beat the facilities here. It gives mini Fiji vibes. With a large swim up bar, spa , Baby splash pool, slides and so much more. The kids love the arcade room offering the same games as time zones do across Australia. It’s unbelievable - skate park, mini golf, gym and a huge playground safe to say the kids never get bored here. Endless actives for the whole family. The resort it self is so beautifully set out, with amenities and cooking areas. The staff are always so vibrant and happy. We love spending our days via the pool enjoying the services provided.

What an unforgettable escape! From the moment we arrived, this resort exceeded all expectations! The eco-villas were spacious, spotless and thoughtfully designed for ultimate comfort. The facilities were second to none - swim up bar, exciting water park the kids (and my partner) loved and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained.

Our kids had the time of their lives with the daily activities, from wooden picture painting to building their own bear, while we enjoyed relaxing by the swim up bar and soaking up the sunshine ☀️

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

We are already planning our next holiday here! 🤍

Sandstone point is a destination not just a place to stay. Took my 3 children (2 toddlers, 1 teen) and there was so much for everyone to do! The pools are huge, clean, lightly heated, and fabulous. The water park is huge and safe for kids of all ages. The food from the bistro is delicious and they even serve it to your chair at the pool! There are activities every day and the staff are beyond helpful. Special shout out to the cleaning crew who keep the camp kitchens (and all the park areas) absolutely spotless.

We had the most fantastic time at Sandstone Point when we stayed over Christmas.

Our villa was just perfect and such a great location for our little ones who were staying with us.

We were so impressed by how friendly and willing to assist the staff were. We met a lovely housekeeping lady (from NZ) on our last day and she was delightful, clearly a very busy day for her but she took the time to stop and chat. We had a good laugh with one of the maintenance guys around the pool and he took his time to come back and ask how the kids went with Santa when he came around the pool.

On Christmas day the bins were emptied at least 2 or 3 times – absolutely top class service! The young man who delivered our room service was delightful. Everyone did their jobs with a smile and that is not something you see everywhere.

You should all be commended on what a wonderful atmosphere you create for your guests. I can’t express how much it means to have staff who are friendly and willing to help with anything – we all came away with nothing but praise for the resort. The atmosphere felt as though we were in a resort in Fiji!
