What a beautiful spot with magnificent views magnificent hosts and staff and top amenities. We have voted this our no1 for holiday destinations nothing is too much trouble. Add in the bonus of a restaurant and bar outdoor seating as well right next to the pool. Sunset beautiful to watch from up above. Best place ever be sure to check this out only 23kms from Emerald but well worth the trip

Checkin substandard, not a smile or chat to be had. Is always interesting when park is virtually empty that you are directed to a site (usually pretty ordinary) and not able to pick a site that you prefer, which in turn might lead you to extend your stay. Toilet was leaking and water running through middle of female ablution block entirety of stay. Also annoying millions of signs telling you dogs on leash and pick up after them, but children screaming through park on electric scooters seems to be acceptable and no signs advising to pick up after them. Location to lake was good.

We stayed on a powered site for several days. Loved it great place, friendly staff, great meals and lots of red claw can't go wrong. Amenities were clean and well serviced great managers highly recommend this place for future staycations. AAA+++

Tried to book in and got a rude lady who wouldn't allow us to book a site and hung up on me when I ask for help in recommendations for other places to stay. They had Plenty of vacancies that we could see. Recommend booking in advance even though the website said they were open they were not. Called after hours number and was told they are not working today because they work very long hours and need a break. I'm sorry but we travelled very long hours and needed to rest and your neglegance could have made it worse. Thankfully the tourist park in emerald was very accommodating and checked us in with no hassles.

We were situated at the back of the park away from water views but our spot was at least shady most of the time. Where we were in the park the internet, tv and Telstra coverage was poor even with using an antenna cable. We noticed the amenities were not cleaned very often and the park was no way near full. Big rubbish bins were overflowing well and truely by the end of the long weekend (we were advised that their rubbish collections were changed now to fortnightly). Staff were friendly and approachable but it's a shame the Park wasn't at the same standard as when we were there last.

A fantastic caravan park. The facilities and grounds are kept very clean. Nice and quiet especially overnight. Very friendly staff. We had a fantastic powered site with shade and water views.

2nt stay on powered site. Friendly welcome on arrival, was given coax cable to attach to parks antenna that gave us excellent tv reception, otherwise we had none.
Great wi-fi.
Amenities, at rear of park, cleaned daily - ensuite style and single toilets, few cracked floor tiles but that's about it.
Licenced Cafe open each day for food and drinks.
Location is excellent (even though around 15kms out of Emerald town centre - definitely worth it) overlooks MaraboonLake and only a short walk thru a track to the lake itself.
Sites were big enough for us and we're guided to our site by staff in case we had any trouble backing in.
Pool looked lovely, though we didn't use it.
Quiet and relaxing.
Definitely recommend it!
