we had a wind up camper and on arrival found the original site we booked was unsuitable. i approached the reception staff about a change of site and they were very helpful, providing us with a much cooler and larger drive through site in a grassed area and provided excellent service. the location of the park is fantastic as it backs on to the Murrumbidgee River, there's a large grassed area so we could exercise our dog and it's quite a central location. we will definitely stay there again when we visit Wagga again.

Great location of the cabin and the park. Beds were comfortable. Pool a little small but great regardless. APCO next door was great for morning coffee and some groceries. Kids and adults had a wonderful time as did our dog. We will definitely be back!

Great location. Beautiful grass area backing into river. Kitchen and Bathroom facilities need an update. Maybe another barbecue area located elsewhere and toilet block. Couldn't get TV to work in kitchen and no instructions. Only part of toaster worked. Grounds very well kept and clean. Staff were super friendly.

Great customer service! Park was lovely and clean and the sites were a great size. ||There’s a nice walk to the river at the back and I definitely felt safe and secure with the boom gates and pedestrian gates. ||The added touch of fresh bath mats in the showers is a great idea! |Would stay again

Very well presented park. Manager's very friendly and Welcoming. We were right down the back.which was fine was very quite. However there could of been a toilet block closer The toilets were very clean but were up very close to cabins which didn't need the toilet block. There wasn't enough rubbish bins around the unpowered sites. New Manager's of only a few weeks I am sure they will endeavour to improve the park. Husband did make mention on how great it was to have bath mats in the shower room for use ?

Absolutely loved our time here, Ryan and Stephanie.
As fellow Caravan Park Managers/Groundskeepers, we were very impressed with the way the grounds were kept, neat and clean. Cabins were well presented, clean and tidy. The staff were excellent. Well done all around.

We always enjoy Wagga Wagga Ingenia. Sterling weather and nice pool to cool down. We like the park for the areas to bike ride, kids to run and the big lawn for caravan.
Toilet block wasn’t great this time around.

We stayed on a non powered grass site over a long weekend, so much space, near the river, and excellent amenities (great kitchen, fridges, tables and chairs, small pool and playground). You can hear the traffic a bit from main road, and there’s some light industrial works next door which you can see from the top end of the campsite. But despite that it’s really green and quiet, super spacious and really chilled vibe. We had a fantastic time.
