Amazing location! So close to everything and the beach access is so easy and picturesque.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and found it great for our family. Right across from the games room and jumping pillow. Although the rooms are a little dated, I was really impressed by the amount of storage and the handy bath/shower combo. Great value for money!
Phillip island is a favourite place to visit for our little family.

I loved my stay at the Phillip Island Big 4 park. Communication was great by phone. I was worried I might be late arriving, but no stress, there was a contingency. All the staff that I met were fantastic.
The cabin was great. Well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot for the cold mornings.
The area was quiet and a short walk to the beach and easy travelling distance to island highlights.
I'll definitely be coming back.

The location is perfect : just a 1.5-hour drive from the city.
Everything is impeccably maintained, and the security is excellent, making it feel both safe and beautiful.
The manager is always kind and attentive, sending helpful messages and clearly caring about the guests’ experience.

The highlight for us was the stunning forest trail that leads to the beach: truly unforgettable. ❤️🤍❤️
All of our family members gave it a big thumbs up 👍 and said it was the best camping trip ever!

I had a great experience camping here! The campsite is very comfortable and the toilets are exceptionally clean. The staff at the front desk were all super friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely come back for another camping trip. Highly recommended!

We stayed in a two bedroom cabin and have stayed on many occasions. With how’s of family members in cabins, powered sites and unpowered. The staff are fantastic nothing is too Much trouble, clean and grounds are great for kids and adults . 47 in our group and are rebooked for next year. Great Easter get away. Highly recommend

A Fantastic Stay – Perfect for Families!

We recently stayed at Ingenia Holidays Newhaven, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free, making us feel welcome right away.

The park had fantastic amenities for kids, keeping them entertained the whole time. The playground and jumping pillow were big hits, and the open spaces gave them plenty of room to run around and explore.

One night simply wasn’t enough—we wish we had stayed longer! We’ll definitely be booking again in the future and highly recommend it for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Great stay this weekend. helpful and friendly front desk staff. (Side note love that they sell a few alcoholic beverages at the kiosk). Terrific location close to beach, markets, supermarket etc. we stayed in a premium villa and it was awesome. Clean and the beds were really comfy. All rooms with well
Working ceiling fans and a great air con.
Only downside was a lack of pool for the kiddos. Even the addition of a small one or a on-site water play area would make this park 10/10.
