We were 60 people’s group visited this beautiful holiday park last weekend. We had so much fun. Kids enjoyed thoroughly. Go kart driving, water splash park, jumping pillows they were constant enjoyment for the kids. As parents we enjoyed being with friends, eating together, fishing, photographing each other. This was a blast. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Park was well maintained and neatly planned.

We loved our stay in the Lagoon Lodge! Number 12 (can we bags it for next time as well? :-D)
The amenities and accommodation are great, clean, well appointed. The BBQ on the large balcony over the Lagoon was fantastic! The Service from the Reception Staff was excellent and very friendly.
The Holiday Park itself is great for families or couples, offering resort style pools, a pool with a sand bank, water park, mini golf, tennis, basketball courts, jumping pillows and games room. You can rent bikes, stand up paddle boards and other items for a great weekend stay. We also really enjoyed going for walks over looking beautiful Lake Conjola and the many animals along the way.
There is parking included with the room in which we stayed. Overall 5 stars!!! We had a great weakened and will definately be back!!! 🙂 🙂

This place is better than we expected, cabin 13 on the lake beautiful views, roomie, extremely comfortable had everything thing we needed for a lovely weekend. For us just had no oven so we couldn't stay there for a week. Nice bbq we didn't need use this time but will next time. Price very reasonable van park very clean had a great looking water park plus games room also putt putt .

First time to this beautiful place. Big 4 was great better then we expected, one draw back no oven but plenty of other cooking methods. Like BBQ, microwave and stove top . Cabin 13 on the lake was gorgeous very roomy, comfortable. The park looked awesome and plenty to do like putt putt which we will next great size game room the water park looked great . We have told our family of this fantastic find

Better than what we expected. It's very kid-friendly with various activities for kids and teens. Staff were professional and had great customer service. Staying in a lagoon lodge did not give the impression of a holiday park, which was a nice difference.

Great park, excellent facilities and amenities and right in beautiful lake Conjola. ||BUT we were surrounded by the most foul mouthed and badly behaved bogans and their children who unfortunately are permanent site holders at this park. 2 families nearby to us had Nintendo switches stolen from their tents. Because of this we will not return. A few bad apples you can ignore but as these lot are permanent site holders there’s no escaping them. ||This is NO criticism of staff, they are doing their best but unfortunately until they get rid of them we will take our business to the much more family friendly and nicer clientele of the Holiday Haven down the road.

Long walk to the beach (unlike most big4) and the water channel next to the park had no fishing. Otherwise the it was clean and tidy all the time, pool was awesome, gardens & landscape we're all spot on.

Don’t waste your time and money. Awful service, place needs a full renovation. I have completed their survey and told them the issues, but don’t expect to check in at 2, don’t expect clean facilities/rooms, very tiny cafe and very expensive, go karts need to be replaced, helmets must be worn but yet no one cleans them prior to the next person. The only thing that was good for the kids was the bounce pillows but during our stay kids couldn’t play a few times as a bunch of 19/20 year olds chose to play footy on it and kids were scared. Overall our experience was poor and won’t be going back again.
