Stayed with them for 8 day, did not want to leave. Amazing holiday park with one sweeping pool with a small slide for little kids, another pool with two larger slides for kids starting 4yo and a separate water park / water slides.
It is possible to rent a go cart, there is mini golf, tennis court, basketball court, etc.
The facilities are not new but in a very good condition and really nicely maintained.
Highly recommend. We would stay with them again.

We stayed 4 nights in a superior 3br cabin.
It was very good and big enough for a family of 5.
The facilities were excellent and plenty of things for a family to on site, just pay a deposit for equipment and mostly everything was free of charge.
The grounds were very neat and we would recommend this park.

Great place to stay with the family.
Loads of fun activities. Movie room. Water slides and the food is reasonably priced for an on site restaurant. Kids meals are decent and good portions. Service is great too - needed some coins for the washing machine and they were more than happy to help out at the front counter.
Will definitely be back! Thanks Coconuts 🙂

Stayed here with my wife and our 7 year old. It has everything you would expect from a holiday park. Our 7 year old loved it! Location is a bit further away from the happening places and attractions. Would be nice to see the customer service team smile more. We would stay here again:

Amazing park! Had great roads for scootering, really good pools, and two fun slides! They were very understanding when we told them our car could not fit on our site, so they kindly moved us to a different site. We had a premium ensuite which was lovely and spacious. We also had dinner there. The food was not to die for, but it was still okay. Great laundry facilities with easy payment options. We looked at the amenities and they were nice and clean. Overall, love this park, and if we’re in Cairns again, we will definitely stay here!

This is the best park we've stayed at on our trip from Brisbane to Cairns! The park is big and has everything you need for a family holiday or a couple's getaway. It's pet-friendly too! We had a site with a private bathroom, which was super convenient for our caravan. The bathroom was spacious and clean. On Thursdays, they even have free pancakes for breakfast! There are two large swimming pools, plenty of BBQ areas, and a great café where you can grab coffee and cocktails to go. I also want to mention the laundry—it’s really easy to use with lots of machines, and you can pay with a card. If we come back to Cairns, we'll definitely stay at Ingenia Holidays Cairns Resort again!

Not disability friendly at all. None of the pools are accessible or mini golf. Don't recommend any one with mobility issues to stay here unfortunately. No ramps up to even access the main footpath between the amenities to even watch family enjoy themselves.

The extra charge of $30 per night per child is the best joke I have heard in my life. I paid over $300 already for the cabin that has a king bed AND 2x bunk beds, so 4 single beds (FOR KIDS) only to be told no we have to pay extra to put a kid in the bed we already paid for?!?! I was livid being charged an extra $120.

Extra charge for not washing dishes and putting them away. Now as a curtsey I've always washed up before leaving a place but to have the audacity to put an extra $50 charge for not putting dishes away im shook. What you want me to sweep and mop too ? Ingenia pull ya heads out of your asses!

Better off staying anywhere but here. Not worth the price and multiple surplus hidden fees.

Great park! So much for the kids to do.
Our only downside was only one set of Toilets for sites and it was a hike for pretty much everyone
And an even bigger hike to any of the pools or kids stuff
I didn’t love the ladder to get out of the pool to go on the slides, it kept getting overwhelmed with people. With lots of little kids in the water trying to get out that couldn’t cos there was a line of adults or teenagers
Just seems like a disaster waiting to happen
