Had a great time at this park.||Pros: we had the furthest powered site from the beach and it was only a 5 min walk across the park to the beach. Ample space on our site for our 10 metre van plus 5 metre car. Amenities were old but functional, everything you need. Very close to the centre (walking distance) of town with fish and chip shops, excellent pub, ice cream and trendy clothing stores. Short drive to Woolworths , fuel and chemist. Close to Bundaberg for day trips (20 mins). ||Cons: bindis are extreme - make sure the kids have their shoes on and don’t bike over any dead grass (they punctured my tire). Town isn’t next door - it is walking distance but 15 mins ish, but it’s a beautiful walk. Camp sites are fairly skinny and quite close to one another. In saying that, our camp site was spacious and we went off season so park was quiet. ||Overall I would recommend it!

Walking along the beach front down to the town centre is just beautiful. The park has plenty of shady trees and good sized sites. The camp kitchen is well set up and there are food vans that come with a variety of meals. Discos are put on for the kids and there are carts and bikes for hire. This place has many great swimming places and fishing spots too. We come every year. The older teenagers hire scooters and zoom all around Bargara. Lovely area to come and totally relax.

One of the best caravan parks I have ever been, the facilities are great, enough fridge space for all the campers even during Xmas period. Amenities nice and clean.
Just right in the front of the beach, easy and private access to the beaches.

I read a lot of the reviews before we went here and honestly, can't see the down side of this park. Sure it is an older park,, but the amenities and facilities are all in good order. Plenty of shade or open space to park your van or tent. Playground equipment for the kids and plenty of open space to walk.
Obviously during spring the trees will flower and fruit, which means birds will be in greater numbers and they live in the trees, that is nature.
If you ask the staff, they will allocate another site to your needs.
Camp kitchen has everything, and I mean everything. Just take a cup and cutlery, everything else is there.
A short walk over the road and you are at the Surf Life Saving Club and it has a wonderful swimming area at the front. Suitable for all ages. Plenty of park on the shoreline to walk and enjoy.
It is a lovely spot to stay and relax.

What a fantastic cvan park, lovely and big, spacious sites with big trees. Cool breeze and short afternoon walks to the beach, and morning walks along the beach front pathway to the township were perfect. Swim in the ocean was far more plansant than I thought it would be. Bagara certainly had a little vibe about it. Will be back there again.

Worst park ever. No pool, camp kitchen hot and cold taps aren't marked (my kid burnt her hand, it's to hot). Fly's live in the fridges in the camp kitchen I just had to bin a leg of ham. I will never stay there again. I gave 1 star because of the great beach

The sites are very small, once we got our van in there, there was hardly any room to park our car. When leaving the people next to us had to go out of there way to move there car just so we could get our van out.

We did love the location The beach is beautiful right out the front.

Very huge camp, clean and quiet. Music in toilets/showers rocks 😍 42 bucks for a night without energy is a fair price. We arrived on 11pm so there wasnt anyone on reception but we paid the next day. Perfect place to stay.
