Food is consistently terrible, regularly outright inedible. I've personally had bedbugs in my room 3 times in 3 months

The poor crib selections and very low quality of what is available is easily the worst part of my FIFO experience so far

Food
Absolutely minimal vegetarian options. To the point where you are told by the kitchen manager that rice and a boiled vegetable or two are acceptable options.
Other food for meals follow no normal recipe.
You have a roast without potatoes. A stew without mash. Hardly any greens.
There is a menu displayed on a screen with fancy names but you will rarely see the complete meal at the mildly warm server.
Breakfast is cold. Cold cold cold Did I mention breakfast is cold.
Try to get some feedback from management Ha ha ha NOT !!!

One of the better camps. Great food. Best thing is the layout - every room is relatively close to the main buildings. Pool is fine, gym is fine. Bar is good. Could do with a functioning rec room.

Foods pretty good to be honest. Better than the bigger camps in Central. Good crib options compared to other camps.

Rooms pretty decent size. Clean and spacious.

Had food poisoning 3 times in 6 months, security is confusing this place with prison. Rooms are tiny. It actually feels like a prison more than anything else.

So far ESS staff were brilliant, room is clean and tidy. Food service wasn't too bad and the general people in the camp don't appear unhappy with the general camp lifestyle.
We will see how it goes!!
