Worst experience ever, my wife booked a $145 room from Booking on 17.10.2018 saying that the checkin time is before 10pm, we drove 4 hours from Sydney and arrived there at 8:40pm, only to found out that nobody answer the phone or door. We began to contact Booking and the owner came up and told us she’s asleep, refuse to open the door, I said we want our money back and you need to notify Booking, she said she won’t check her computer now and back to sleep. We had to google “ hotel” in Bathurst wide on Saturday night and call every hotel, luckily the ninth hotel does have a room available so we could avoid sleep in the car. If you don’t want to run business could you tell Booking to make your room unavailable and save other people some time? You are the most selfish woman I even seen.

We arrived at the address and the front yard looked like it had had no attention given to it at all....very off putting. The home wasn't in the best of surrounding either. We only had one night there and that was enough for us. The breakfast was ok but very mundane.
