Amazing location, hosts and best of all animals. We loved our bush camping experience here. Enjoyed all of the animal experiences (including horse riding), had breakfast at rhe diner and the isolated camping spot we had was spot on. Great family time thank you team.

Most brilliant place to camp with or without a family. But super well run and very family friendly. Dog friendly too which we loved. The farm is so well maintained and the animals are clearly loved and well taken care of. We couldn’t believe the amount of available toilets and showers! Incredible. They had it all and we had an amazing 8 night stay. Maybe take some ear buds for the cicadas. But that’s the joy of nature.
Can’t recommend best brook highly enough. We will definitely be back

Great place for a family holiday! we've camped there twice and the kids love it! They run events on long weekends such as animal feeding, whip cracking and damper making. The facilities for camping are basic but perfect for off grid camping (hot showers and flushing toilets). Everyone is really spread out, even on a long weekend. The staff are fantastic and very helpful. We'll definitely be back again!

We had a group booking and found the BestBrook team extremely helpful with the booking process. The location and area we were given was great. We had both powered and non powered sites with plenty of room. The kids had an amazing time with plenty of things to do. They loved the cow milking and animal feeding as well as the horse riding. Overall it was a great long weekend away and would definitely return.

The King's Birthday long weekend, we hosted our Annual 'Camp Oven Cook-off' event at Bestbrook Mountain Farmstay and we had the best time. The location is magnificent, the facilities are clean and well maintained, the activities that they host are excellent and their staff are exemplary. We enjoyed the camping location so much that we have now made Bestbrook Mountain Farmstay our go to spot for our future caravan holiday location. The horse riding activities are fantastic and were an amazing experience for my 2 kids. Bruce (the horseman that runs this activity) is exceptional and such a lovely knowledge guy. I would like to specifically highlight the loveliness and exceptional customer service of Elise (who I think runs/manages the farm stay). Elise went way out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and nothing was a problem with our any of our requests. This location is a 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a camping holiday at a magnificent beautiful location.

It was our second time at this farm and we still think it’s the best place for a family holiday! Kids had a blast, different animals that you can pet, variety of fun and interesting activities and best Billy tea and dumper! Would definitely come back again!

We recently took our two grandsons to Bestbrook, and what a great decision that was. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin which had all the amenities you could possibly want. They are not fancy, but clean and comfortable, farm accommodation. There is non stop activities to keep the children busy, every sort of farm animal to pat, feed and learn about. The restaurant was very good too. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff at Bestbrook are top notch. Ray and Elise are very engaging and friendly. Do yourself a favour and make time to visit Bestbrook.

Beautiful scenery, and nature. you can hear the noise of the main road and the local motocross. Bathrooms unkempt. No clear instruction to find your camp everyone was driving around for ages, please put up some clear signage. The humps in the roads are ridiculous especially for towing a caravan over them. Scrapped the underside of our caravan on ever bump. Please lower them. The animal feeding was just a shit show. No direction. No one knew who was doing what and the kid who worked there ended up doing nearly all of it. No info on how or when the feeding of the small animals was happening or if we could hold them. A bunch of kids was left to run wild in the pen frighting the animals. Was told it was Qland road rules in the site but saw countless people and children riding in the back of utes all weekend. The owners also saw this and did nothing. Lack of organisation for Australia Day games again people given no direction as to what was really happening. Friendly owners, nice people, room for improvements around the place.
