Central location and very tidy hotel. Conveniently had a vending machine in the lobby. Rooms were modern with nice bedside lamps and wooden drawers and tables. Comfortable desk chair and bed.
Had a few amenities in the room, bathroom seemed to be quite old school with shower over bath setup but it was clean.
Definitely would stay again

While the location is very central, we found it to be very noisy both inside and out. The noise at night seems to be a mix of hooning locals and raves that are very close and the A/C units inside the rooms are old and make rattling noise constantly (I stayed in 2 rooms over my stay). Having moved from what the staff called "the disabled room" I was shocked to see how outdated, even noisier and low budget your room would be if you have accessibility issues. That's pretty sad. The staff were nice but very light touch. One final note: as a solo female traveller for work, I was not super happy with the low security. Anyone could access any floor from the foyer (no swipe card needed in the lift) and there was no peep hole or chain on room doors to allow you to check on anyone knocking at the door.

What's not to like in this hotel. Value for money, very clean, prompt service and lovely spacious rooms. Location is great! Only exception is the breakfast, it doesn't have much choice and is running out always. Also, their restaurant is closed on Sundays.

A decent hotel with a great location. The room was simple and lacked many amenities, but everything functioned properly. If you’re only looking for a place to sleep, this is a good choice. The only downside was the bathroom fan, which made a loud and unpleasant noise.

We booked the standard room for 2 nights and our room was next to laundry and you can hear noise.
The room size is ok but bathroom condition is very poor for 4 star hotel. bathroom tap and shower tap are in water saving mode. The water pressure and amount of water is very very less. It could be due to laundry next door. I did complained to the staff and she said "no one has complained before. Have the shower early morning - before people put laundry". I wasn't sure if I should laugh or get angry on the response.
For me it was not worth it for what we have paid.

A bit disappointed. You do get what you pay for. However, was not made very welcome. Everything is done via QR scan system. Even checking in and out. Meals also ordered via scan. No mini bar that also ordered by scan. Basic room. Bed was okay pillows the same nothing outstanding. Very noisy rooms could hear everything going on next door. Location is great you are close to everything in the CBD. No extra soaps or shampoos etc. No views unless you call the car park a view. Parking is limited and you just go into a public parking space. Sorry not again.

This hotel is very dirty. When we checked in, we found out that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There are white spots on one of the chairs. The tea spoons seemed to have been used without cleaning. Part of the bathroom is rusty.

We left very expensive belonging in the room, and specifically asked for no room service. The receptionist said ok and made a call to record our request. Guess what? They still had our room cleaned. They moved our things around and didn't even change the bed.

Avoid like a plague. This hotel is garbage.

Great location, friendly staff, nice room although a little dated. Comfy beds, aircon, quiet.. etc. Didn't try any in-house food due to the options close by, so can't comment on that. Available amenities was good. Was a nice stay and would definitely stay here again.
