I stay here often—not just because the location is ideal for my work, but because every staff member I’ve interacted with has been genuinely friendly, attentive, and professional. Their consistent warmth and responsibility have made each stay smooth and welcoming, which really makes a difference when you're travelling frequently for work. The rooms are always well-maintained, and the hotel is thoughtfully equipped for longer stays. I’ll gladly stay here again whenever I’m working in the area.

Stayed 4 nights in this hotel doing all the tourist things in Sydney. All of the staff we interacted with were smiling and helpful. We were able to check in early which was fantastic after a long flight from the UK. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchenette a real bonus. The room was a little small but we chose this hotel to keep costs down so not really a complaint. Buses were right outside and plentiful. We bussed straight through to Bondi Beach as well as the city centre. We were only a few stops from Central Station where we caught the train for a day trip to the Blue Mountains. All in all we were very happy and comfortable in this hotel. Thank you to the lovely staff.

Was greeted by a very pleasant, well dressed lady who made us feel welcome. Twin bed suite was modern, on the small side, but spotlessly clean. Bottled water provided in the room was appreciated upon arrival, as it was a hot day. Handy location to the city and RPA Hospital. Only a couple of negatives:- Fresh milk, like a lot of hotels have, rather than UHT sachets would have been a nice touch for tea and coffee. Also, the single bed was very uncomfortable, way too soft.. After sinking right down into it and finally getting to sleep, then woke up with a sore back. Not a good start to the day and put a dampener on the overall experience. Price of $353.75 for the night was excessive, but it was a short notice booking.

Everything from the friendly receptionist to the quality of the rooms well exceeded my expectations. I think I have found my new home away from home when I travel interstate every couple of weeks! Location is an extra bonus as I don’t usually get a whole lot of time to get out and about.

Good prices usually if you book in advanced, good location for work at the hospital just up the road. Certainly better hotels out there with better locations and services, don't expect highly skilled customer service. I've stayed a few times and some rooms have better bathrooms. Some rooms are much different size so worth checking before you book if you need a bigger sized room for more than one guest. Overall usually a good stay and you get what you pay for.

I had an excellent stay. The room was large and clean. The location was very convenient with a bus stop on the door step and within walking distance to Sydney University. The cafe across the road was of great quality. But most of all, the staff was very responsive and always smiling. They allowed me to check in early as the room was ready, the immediately sorted out an issue I had with mosquitoes and they even lent me an hdmi cable so I could watch on demand tv on a rainy day. I couldn’t recommend this accommodation more. Thank you for your excellent service!

Just a good solid hotel.
We arrived late and left quite early. So didn’t spent too much time there…

My wife and I stayed here for almost two weeks as we were helping our daughter settle in to her residence at university. The reception team is friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping staff kept our room clean throughout our stay. The room had everything we needed - cutlery, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, iron, hairdryer etc, etc.

And best of all is the location. For us it was perfect for all the university related work. Hundreds of cafes and little stores around. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and connects you to all parts of town.
