Great accommodation.
Staff are professional and helpful. Rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Very comfortable beds, large bathrooms, great shower water pressure, good value for money. Well positioned establishment.

Excellent value for very comfortable and well positioned motel. Quality furnishings and numerous fluffy white towels and spacious bathroom. Every detail covered and quiet large room. Comfortable bed and table with chairs plus recliner chair. Restaurant onsite good value and reasonably priced including wine.

Everything about this motel was excellent. The room was roomy, spotless and well appointed. We chose room service for dinner which was amazing, promptly delivered and hot. Even though it was on a main road there was no road noise because the rooms are set well off the road. We would certainly stay again.

We stayed 3 nights in the King deluxe room and it was great.
Had a meal in the restaurant for dinner and also ordered room service. The food was exceptional and the service was amazing.
Thank you to all the staff we encountered on our stay you were all just fantastic.
Highly recommend this hotel if you're in Tamworth.

Good location, south of town, well signposted if you arrive after dark. Easy parking. ||Room was clean, as was the wide access bathroom, but the bathroom needs modernising. ||Definitely eat at the restaurant onsite. The servings are large, eg you get 2 decent sized lamb shanks per serve! Likewise the chicken schnitzels were huge too.

Stayed in king spa room. Spacious clean room, comfy bed, bit bouncy. Shower incredibly noisy with both hot and cold taps. I couldn't reach the spa cold water tap without having to climb into it and couldn't reach the window to open it. No restaurant, staff sick. Parking spaces generous. Have to ask for plates, cutlery etc which staff happily provided. Be good to have smart tv with streaming channel. Movie link annoying and from another century! May stay again or go back to the Cadman next visit!
We booked a superior room so didn't expect to have to ask for a smart tv if this was an available option. The noisy plumbing is a concern, also impacts the neighbouring guests. Needs to be urgently addressed.

This was our second time staying here this year 2024. The staff is amazing, the rooms are well-kept and very clean. We look forward to our next stay. The Best Western will always be our choice when visiting Tamworth.
