Joseph and Mary(owner/operators) were very accommodating and friendly. Room was clean, room service very attentive! Only about 30 minutes to downtown Sydney. HIGHLY recommend this place.

"Our stay was truly exceptional. Joseph, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our check-in and check-out processes seamless. The property itself is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including parking, coffee, laundry, and a dining hall. Had an excellent stay at Best Western Casula whilst attending a three-day conference away from home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. My room and bathroom were both exceptionally clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and despite being located on a busy road, the room was surprisingly quiet. The split system air con also worked very well in the evenings when it got a bit cold. Super convenient location and easy access to local restaurants and shops within walking distance as well which was a big plus. Continental breakfast was provided on 2 of the 3 days which made things so much easier in the mornings before heading out. The barista-made coffee was also much appreciated. Had the big brekky on the day of checkout which kept me full all day and was delicious!

All in all, I would definitely recommend staying here. Great service, great rooms and great value for money. Thank you!

Joseph and Mary, a very focused couple running this motel operation. From receiving and welcoming us till key return, your smiles were genuine. Our stay was short but very tranquil. Very clean rooms and clean property, easy access to highways.

Hotel was clean and room spacious. Price okay. Service friendly and welcoming.

I requested something with a walk in shower (as opposed to shower over bath or some other climb-in style). That meant one of the disabled rooms, which have ramps and are tiled (no carpet in these). It's the full fit-out. Very clean. Nice linens.

Ground floor location with great parking right outside the door of this kind of room.

The sliding window has a key lock on the bottom of the frame, and even when locked, the top part of the window can be jiggled open, quite easily.

Has a decent-looking safe. Someone before me had locked it, so I did not use it (I did not have time to go find someone to open it - I am sure they would have.)

Best Western Casula is close to the M4 making it ideal if you are heading to the city, the west or south. ||Having stayed a couple of times, the rooms have always been clean and quite. The beds comfy and the shower hot. ||Overall, be it an over night stop or a couple of days, a great motel to call home away from home.

This place is really the best! The location is great, close to Sidney, the motorway and the Mall where you can find everything you need. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They are always ready to welcome you with kindness and meet every need. They constantly work to make your stay perfect and are really very helpful. Joseph above all is really outstanding! I strongly recommend staying here!
