Katie was so good to my mum and I. We had called earlier and asked if she was able to do two facials, a brow wax and tint, and an eyelash tint. She was only able to do the brows and lashes, but when we arrived early she had just had a cancellation. I had a micro deep cleanse which was amazing, my skin has never felt cleaner. The vaccume that sucked all the dead skin and oil out of my face was incredible. I told my mum that she needs to get a facial instead of doing her brows. Katie was able to accomodate to doing an express facial and just the brows. Mum was having a flare up of eczma so the vaccume and treatment was very helpful to soothe it. Katien was also able to colour match my mums eyebrows to her hair, which no ones been able to do before, and mum said that the shape of her eyebrows have never been better. If we lived closer, we'd be back for sure.
