This place has average quality take away food. The chips and scallops can be quite greasy, more so than some other places. The chicken burgers are quite good, but hamburgers are average. The staff are fine, don’t expect to chat but they are polite enough. Not a place to eat in and enjoy a meal but fine for take away.

Really not sure how 1 small salad, and half a container of honey chicken and a can of drink came to $20.90.
I was going to get a small chips but there was someone at the table eating small chips that were glowing yellow and not the normal hot chip colour so thought safer with a salad....Just wasn't expecting to pay that much at all.

Previous reviews arent the best, but we thought we'd give it a try. Didnt have to wait long for our order, chicken / beef burgers and chips were delicious. Would buy from here again!

We ordered trays of food for an office lunch, and everyone enjoyed it. We had roast chicken, salads, roast veggies, fried rice and chips, and the staff were accommodating and helpful during the ordering process. Sizing was generous. Thank you!

I saw a cockroach drop from the ceiling in this shop. Made me feel sick to my stomach about the hot chips I’ve gotten from here before. The entire place looks dodgy cleanliness wise anyway. If you want your lunch with a side of roach leg, this is the place to go. DISGUSTING.

I wanted to give half star if it had been available. I had a lunch with my client who wanted to have fish and chips.
1. We order seafood combination for two ($29.80) which included 2 pieces of too oily fishes and 8 pieces of too dry calamari rings and chips.
2. They asked me to collect forks and knives from the counter where only plastic cutlery and a box tissues were available.
3. They were very upset when I asked for individual plates to share it.
4. The most horrible experience was that they asked me to take out the dining rubbish and dump them in the shopping centre rubbish bin.

I recall years ago quality was good. Mid 2020 both fish and chips were very greasy. That was still Covid uncertainty time so I gave them benefit of doubt and tried again about a year later when the building complex was back to busy. Both fish and chips were very greasy. Maybe I'll try again one day but only if nothing else is available.

I have been coming to this store since it opened. There has been changes in ownership and staff over the years. But sadly the service and food has slipped down a notch and this needs to be fixed. The shop needs a re-fit as it's looking tired and old. Staff need to have good communication skills, without that your shop will die. The new menu boards are now very difficult to read because of a lack of contrast in the text (example in review photos). For anyone with average eyesight it makes it really difficult to see what's on offer and the price. The chip oil needs to be changed more frequently. Sadly now they are greasy and tase of old oil. I'm not seeing Gerry there anymore and the new staff have to work on shop service basics. Sure with any change there is a learning curve but I'm not seeing things improving. If things do improve this review will give more stars. I'm hoping my review can save what used to be a great take away shop in a suburb without many other options for take away food. BTown deserves better.
