We've been coming here for a year for coffee and didn't have any complaints until today. I wonder if tgis lady is a new staff, first time I saw her here. Short lady with long red hair. She was rude.. Please let her know that. Other staff are very nice except this lady. Not coming back here anymore.

Decent Italian food here, but the place is in need of more attentive management. There are a lot of workers but no one is overseeing the team to ensure things are running smoothly. E.g. staff standing around when tables and floors need cleaning and orders going to the wrong people. My order was given to another customer and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes. The other person would have been even more disappointed when they realised they took home a vegan pizza! ?

Beretta Cafe and Pizza Bar is amazing! The pizzas are perfect fresh, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. The coffee is fantastic, and the cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot for any occasion. The friendly service is a highlight too. I highly recommend! ?☕

This was my first and last time buying food here. We sat at the back and the first thing we see after ordering was the cook pushing a mop. He then started preparing our order with his hands without washing first. After our food was at the table he went back to mopping and then back preparing more food. We then said we would have it to take away and tossed it in the bin. If I wasn’t with my daughter I would have confronted them. Never again

This place needs to improve its hygiene went there for dinner a few nights ago, while we were waiting for our food we noticed cockaroaches running around the kitchen area, and pizza making area, and the staff stood there and just watched them and did nothing, don't think I'll be eating here again who knows what else there not doing properly. Workers very lousy place needs to improve. Manager needs to acknowledge his customers instead of worrying about dollar signs.

Excellent service, good food and reasonable price. After checking out all the other cafes in the vicinity we decided on Berettas and we were not disappointed. Good portions and very good coffee. Highly recommended to everyone. And will return again. Thank you Beretta cafe.

If only I could have left ZERO!
$120, 70 minute delivery time for COLD overcooked food. The eggs have a rubber consistency.
(Photo) $25ea Eggs Benedict. Not worth more than $2.50
Paid for 3 coffees, only got 1.
Never seen what was once such a reputable high quality cafe sink so deep.
Wish we had have gone to McDonald's instead.

Having a breakfast with my friends and the food was so good and the way chef presented the food was superb and the coffee was excellent best in the area.. excellent customer service coming back again for the Pizzaa ..
