Very good location. Close to pubs and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful guy at check in. Bit of traffic noise of a night coming in through the bathroom window but shut the bathroom door and it was pretty quiet. Room was comfortable and clean. Very reasonable price for the night as well. Fantastic water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water. Will stay here again next time I’m in Coffs.

Clean and comfortable room for an overnight stay but bedding is limited. Asked for a spare pillow and prompty got refused. Wifi is fast and reliable. Rooms are not soundproof with people next door being noisy. Highway traffic is not a bother. Good high-pressure shower.

Our experience here is the best.
We had no advance booking, we were just on the road and tried to find accommodation to stay around 7 PM when we were on the way from Sydney to Brisbane.
I always checked reviews before booking but this time I had no timw to check reviews and went in directly.
We got tidy room and free parking.
Well, plenty of parking available for free.
Cheapest and Very close to the restaurants.
Would recommened to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location, rooms are tidy and comfortable and walking distance to restaurants,RSL club, Woolworths,Dan Murphys an many other walkable places.

It is on the main highway so if you are a light sleeper maybe not the place for you as it gets many trucks passing by.

After booking online I received messages from the motel regarding picking room key up from lock box. After travelling all day I arrived and went to lock box where I was yelled at from the manager in reception. He was banging on the window and yelling. I tried to explain about the message in which he accused me of lying. He was very aggressive and intimidating. Told me I could go somewhere else I tried to reason with him and he ended up giving me a room key reluctantly but said I should never return to his motel. When leaving for dinner I noticed him sitting at the desk waving his arms and still shouting abuse. I really don’t want to give this place one star and I hope the bypass ruins his business because he is a horrible and impolite person that shouldn’t be in this business

My friend tried to speak to Bentleigh Motor Inn Coffs Harbour about a booking that I had done months ago,to explain that I cannot go due to an operation I have to have in Sydney,but still want the room .He was so rude and hung up on her.I then rang to explain they need the room but I cannot go for two nights. There are up to twenty ladies going for a line dancing weekend.Because I previously booked through booking .com he wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say.He was so rude said he couldn’t care less what I had to do and hung up on me.I tried to call back and he wouldn’t answer.I would never book that motor inn ever again.He was the rudest person I have ever came across to that industry

The man who met me at reception was unbelievably disrespectful. I had turned up upon another hotel reccomending this place. They called ahead and got a confirmation over the phone that there was a room available. I arrived minutes later to be met with such aggression and hostility that left me in shock. I went outside to gather my thoughts walked towards the street to think about my options and orientate myself. The man came outside and screamed at me telling me to leave his property, accusing me of going to leave my car and speak to another hotel.  My cancer sick sister was sitting in the car exhausted, watching and listening to him screaming at me in the pouring rain. A man on the balcony was watching him too, in disbelief he asked me if I was ok. I wasn't. The man is either deranged or simply abusive in nature. He brought me to tears and I was actually afraid and traumatized by his behaviour. I felt abused and demoralized. NEVER go here on principle.
