Great value for money. Although it is an older style they are nice and clean and very comfy beds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very close to town and the RSL club

This motel has been recently refurbished and it is lovely. The bed is very comfortable, the room has been fastidiously cleaned and no stains on the carpet. Good air-conditioning. the staff were so welcoming and friendly - we were travelling with our dog and they were happy to accomodate us. Centrally located close to Woolworths. Will definitely stay again when travelling that way again

Called ahead whilst on the road to Melbourne. Was nice to be contacted again just to make sure everything was ok and that we were arriving because there were huge storms in the area. Rooms were spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Nice,warm shower. Although relatively close to the highway, the rooms were quiet and we were able to sleep. Close to everything in town. Will definitely stay again.

Avoid this town. Stunk and bare basic facility.

Clean place but every other town along way about 30% cheaper. Avoid this town all together and go west wyalong or stop before. Supposedly a collusion on rates was the talk at pub.

Room stunk of smoke. Not even hid. We are not smokers and ask for non smoking room. Water pressure weak, and very clean but very low basic facilities.

Trust me. Try plan ypur trip, try a different town.

Better than anticipated experience upon my recent stay in Forbes. Room was clean, well-equipped with mostly required appliances like an iron, hair-dryer, a microwave, electric-kettle, reverse cycled air-conditioning, reading lights, refrigerator, digital alarm. An extra blanket, ironing-board was present in a standard room. Staff is mindful pf the weather so kept the heater before the arrival of guests. Refrigerator contained milk and drinking water jar already since the reception in manned only between 8:30am-8:30pm. Parking is right in front of the rooms.

Our first night stay on the road to Queensland and an excellent choice. Our room was warm for us on arrival, very clean and very comfortable. The free WIFI was excellent. Lovely fluffy towels in the bathroom, great shower too. A big thank you to David & Caroline who were friendly, efficient and very helpful hosts. The motel is well located with only a short walk to the town centre and quiet too. Happy to recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This property is excellent for the price range and age. When I stayed there it was spotlessly clean, very well maintained, every appliance (air conditioning, iron, clock, TV) worked faultlessly, the shower was hot and the bed was very comfortable. Little things (a jug to fill the kettle, plenty of milk) indicate a high attention to detail. Very helpful, friendly and accomodating hosts. Would thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful clean easy and convenient. The owners were tremendously helpful sweet generous and friendly. Wonderful hosts and rooms a good size and beds comfy. Clean and anything possible you just have to ask!
