I stayed in this property on 14 Nov 2024. The room and facilities are super clean and brand new. The front desk staff is very friendly and gave me very detailed info on how to find the carpark in which location behind the building. It's not easy to find it without the details. It's behind a gate that requires a room key to open it.
The room is not big, and the bed is a bit small for 2 people even though I am not a big guy.

Brilliant place, we stayed for 2 nights. Beds were soooo comfortable. Room has plenty of storage and our room had a small balcony overlooking the car park. Security gates for access and adults only meant a pleasant dip in the pool. Great location away from the main strip. Escooters was the best way for getting around across the bridge to entertainment centre. Reception staff are so friendly and helpful. Lavinti restaurant next door for our included breakfast did not dissapoint. Plenty of restaurants 20 meters down the street but without all the chaos of the nightclub stip. Highly recommend!

This used to be a place called Adventurers Backpackers which was known as the place where all the drug users from the city could sit to buy and use drugs without being disturbed.||The place has now been fully restored but you can still fill a weird energy inside the place which is hard to describe. The higher rates definitely helped filter the people who are visiting this hotel but its still being used by some of the folks that doesn’t have good intentions on them. ||About the room: very small but everything is brand new, but flat white gives an asylum atmosphere to it. The AC was quite noisy and the bed feels very small. ||Pros: reception 24/7 which helps the place to be safer. Breakfast is included and is really great.

These apartments have been newly and fully renovated. Our apartment had a small and practical kitchen and plenty of storage space. There is some covered parking on the ground floor. Located close to many pubs, clubs and restaurants in South Townsville.
It would be a bit of a walk to the city centre in summer heat but was a pleasant walk during our stay in June. The breakfast restaurant is fresh and modern with indoor and covered outdoor dining.

Very disappointing. In summary- at reception- no map avaiable of complex; poor directions from receptionist re parking; no tourist maps of Townsville; 2 coffee sachets/ 2 tea sachets/ 2 milk capsules for 2 people in room, no bottled water ( they had run out); very small though modern apartment; noisy neighbours swearing on balcony for hours; no directions to unheated pool. No info in room. Not vale at $200/ night.

Never seen hotel staff look so disgusted that I rocked up with a Baby Infant. I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels in QLD with the baby, ranging from Port Douglas resorts, multiple Island resorts and the Gold Coast etc and I’ve never heard of such a silly rule babies aren’t allowed. Especially given that this isn't a 5 star hotel and there is nothing luxury about this hotel to disturb people, it’s just a standard every day Hotel In Townsville. I was refused at check in and kicked out and had to find accommodation last minute on a Friday night. Obviously, I can’t come back here for having children but anyone else who respects families and children should also avoid.

Smallest room in Australia - no where to eat , no where to put suitcases, no laundry facilities - no cooking ability or dishwasher - shower room so small, no proper door - no where to work and no balcony - what a joke. Utter money grab for a very poor room

New facility we found, pleasant surprise. Neat little rooms, great parking and good location. Friendly staff, free breakfast at restaurant out front. Great Campos coffee on the house from 5am. Met the owner who gave us a free omlete! We wish him the best and we shall be back.
