Very comfortable, clean, safe and secure. It has all the facilities of kitchen, ensuite, ironing facilities and close to beach. Carport at the front of the door for easy access, loading and unloading. Close by has cafes and plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend and will be back again.

We had I think the only apartment accomodating our family of 5 adults. Very clean, it looked recently renovated. Clean. Beds comfortable except one of the double mattresses has seen better days. Only one pillow per person provided and they were very flat. We arrived after hours and all was organised for us in terms of key. Location easy to find. Best thing is that we discovered this little town Belmont and realised how amazingly beautiful it is so we will come back to spend more time in the future on our way to or from the Gold Coast.

We were supposed to check-in late and the staff made sure we were provided secure coded locks from where we could get our rooms keys easily. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.
Parking in front of your room is a big bonus as I could get my luggage easily to my room.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting newcastle.

Wouldn't recommend unless your budget is really tight. Didn't have a proper kitchen (only room for one person), pool not so sparkly, broken shower glass, bathroom fan sounded like motorcycle revving, vanity with door missing, the place needed a good paint job and renovation. Otherwise, clean and comfortable.

We stayed in a two bedroom place which was clean and roomy. The whole motel is very dated but the pool was nice and the staff were lovely. The kitchenette had plates/cutlery etc but no detergent to clean them and no plug for the kitchen sink. Beds were comfy and the aircon worked well.

We are in room number 6 and it was the incidentals that made it underwhelming.
Our toilet is not working and we told Ann. We have the leave the water running on turn it off at the wall. The light to toilet is on the wrong side of wall. The bed is very saggy. The batteries in tv and AC are dead, so unable to really watch anything and have to leave AC on 18 with windows open.
The pool is good. The parking is very right. The parking lot is a safety nightmare riddles with potholes and not paved.
I had an experience at the other motor inn, Lakeview which advertised a pool and it was complete shut (and still is)
It's not worth more than $100 per night.

Cheap and cheerful. Ok for overnight stay, looks like they're doing some upgrades which is needed. Room was clean, parking infront of room. Pool was clean but not heated so definitely refreshing. Blockout blind would be a good addition as the outside lights were on all night. Overall good for price point

We stayed there the weekend just gone and omg. It looked like they hadn’t cleaned the room before us. The floors were disgusting and looked like they hadn’t been at least swept before us, it was that bad I had to wear shoes the whole time in there, even while showering. The microwave hadn’t been cleaned prior to us staying, there was bits of food still in there. The door to our room was broken, the metal bit that stays on the wall was able to be wiggled and around the handle of the door was cracked. It looked like someone has tried to push it in previously. The toilet wasn’t cleaned properly and the curtains were dirty. We called reception and asked for clean sheets, they bought some to us and made the bed for us but there was still a dirty stain on the top cover. Also the mattress was that uncomfortable I kept waking up in my sleep? our cleaning room service only remade the bed for us. Nothing else was cleaned. no refund or discount was offered for our disappointing stay.
