The queues for the restaurants and bars are extraordinarily long, very sad given the high prices and abysmal customer (lack of) service. A joke surely, a slap in the face given how much money they are making on their pokies.They must be able to afford more than one person on the counter! Is this normal Is this acceptable?

Came here for the first time for a birthday lunch. The view from the dining room is stunning and will not disappoint. Lots of different areas to sit and take in the scenery. Food was good, extremely large portions that we could not finish. I think the menu could do with a few more options but it is a club and they do well to serve the hoards of people coming through the doors.

This is one of the most beautiful clubs in all of Australia
The water views are captured by the full glass rear walls and outdoor deck.
The interior is large and spacious. The furniture is modern and the food and drinks are excellent and reasonably priced.
I find this club equal to anywhere in Australia.

Stopped in for a bite recently. The food was decent — nothing to rave about, but it hit the spot. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the service. The staff at the counter seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than taking orders. I waited a while to be acknowledged while they carried on their conversation, which didn’t feel very welcoming.

A bit more attention to customer service would go a long way here.

Looks like a nursing home during lunch time and don’t attempt to find a carpark then either.

Once you get in, the venue is very well maintained and modern with 180 degree views of the lake.
Food pricing and portion sizes were suitable, menu was your typical club menu.

Popped in for a lunch on Wednesday…. This place was absolutely packed!

Food itself was nice, relatively standard pub fare, but the view was just spectacular! The view back over the water with all the sail boats was just to die for! Could have spent the whole day in the air conditioning taking in the view!!!

This place was busy. I am unsure where there is just a seniors / members lunch on Wednesday, but I was busy!

Would still happily pop in for a meal again!

Plenty of free parking. Club looks nice and fresh, clean and tidy. Large portion sizes - can eat one meal between two people. Food comes out quickly and tastes great. The Staff member taking orders was rude and not flexible. Her customer service let the experience down.
