We had a Tuesday lunch at the restaurant a few months ago and found out about their Spa treatments. So, I booked a Signature massage. Best 90 minutes massage I've ever had. Thank you, Emma, for your expertise and putting up with my " relaxed snoring " !. Staff were very friendly and professional, also there's an excellent Bakery patisserie, and I couldn't resist the temptation of an Apple Tarte Tatin.

We had our wedding at Bells and the entire experience was amazing, we were so glad we chose Bells as our venue. Sera, Katrin and Annette from the events team were amazing! Always answering any questions we had and were very accommodating to our requests, they made everything easy. On the day Katrin made sure everything went to plan and did an incredible job. The food on the night of the wedding was great, everyone commented on how nice the food was, and the options we had to choose from for wines was wonderful. Everyone really enjoyed the wines. For photography the gardens at Bells made for a beautiful backdrop. When it rained, we were seamlessly moved into the wet weather option for canapés which was perfect. The team even decorated the wedding cake exactly as I requested.

We stayed in one of The Lodges for the wedding which was wonderful, the extra space the Lodge gave was perfect for a wedding and meant we enjoyed a really nice luxury stay for our wedding weekend too, we especially enjoyed the daily focaccia bread.

My wife and I stayed at Bells a few months ago and have been talking about it ever since. We cannot wait to return in August for a little weekend getaway. The rooms are beautiful and clean and they smell so divine! The welcome hamper was such a lovely touch and the fireplace made fora cosy, romantic evening. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and we love the on-site store - so many lovely options and boutique gifts. The perfect spot for a romantic, relaxing getaway. Cannot wait to return !

Incredible. I got married at Bells and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
During planning, Sera and Annette fielded a thousand questions and made sure we gave all the information. They also helped work with the chef to ensure that our food and drinks menus were perfect for our guests.
On the weekend, Michael went above amd beyond to answer questions, make sure everything ran like clockwork, and deal with anything unexpected. He even helped avert wardrobe malfunctions!
All the staff were friendly and professional. We and our guests thoroughly enjoyed our big day. Our stay was wonderful as well.
I hope my friends book Bells for their weddings so that I might enjoy it again. I'll definitely be back for an anniversary dinner.

The wow factor definitely applies. Amazing attention to detail and luxury. Staff were friendly made you feel at home. Food and service wonderful. A big shout out to Deb in the Day Spa. Had one of the best massage and treatment yet. Treat yourself to some luxurious pampering. 10 out of 10. I'll be back.

Wow. A beautiful way to experience Australia a second time!

[The first time, almost 20 years ago, I was in Sydney and Melbourne. Did the whole city hitrl & tours, coastline tours, 2 plays/theater at the iconic Sydney Opera house, fairy penguins walk on Prince Edward Island, Mama Mia in Melbourne..all spectacular!]

This time I went with the love of my life. Totally amazing experience! This is a luxury boutique hotel and we stayed 4 days in the sumptuous villas. Babbling Brooks, the chatter of local unique Australian birds, saying Goodmorning to a truly gorgeous turkey I named Todd (bright red and yellow necklace/wattle), as we walked to the main building with breakfast...

The only setback was in not making reservations months in advance, for the spa! There were wedding parties that had these totally booked. But we have lovely spas in Vermont and Maine, don't we?! <--- I love interrobangs, cos that's how I speak! Skip my little posts if you don't. Absolutely recommend this hotel!!! It's a hidden gem!

The Accommodation: our home away from home in The Lodges with heated plunge pool. Everything is catered for included a really well stocked bar and GAMES. The decor is lux and plush and a real feast for the eyes. My favorite was the beautiful staff arriving with our choice of afternoon cocktail and nibble before dinner. So good!
The Staff: can't do enough for you. No question too big or small, they know their stuff and go about in a gentle and thoroughly professional manner.
The Food and Bev: outstanding in every way. By far the best dining and breakfast (and accommodation) experience I've had on the Coast in a long time.
I can't wait to stay again. Thank you Bells!! Just awesome.

Simply wonderful from start to finish. Old fashioned excellent service by every single person we encountered - especially Meg. The staff really care about their guests and quality of service.

The rooms are so private and very spacious - like being in a luxury villa. The grounds are well kept and the gardens beautiful.

The pool is a great size, but the area around the pool quite small - but there are plenty of loungers. The honesty bar is a nice touch.

Complimentary drinks once a day - again very generous.

Brekky was delicious and the coffee amazing.

This is my 4th visit and i will return. Its 80 mins out of Sydney and surrounded by amazing walks - walk to Maitland Bay it is stunning - Ettalong is fun (Chica Chica a fun restaurant if you want a change from the excellence of Bells) - and the beaches of Maitland, Killcare/Putty and Ettalong all wonderful.
