The views are actually surprisingly good from the upstairs bedrooms. It is worth getting one of these if you can. The place does need a bit of maintenance work and a good spruce up. Don't stay here if you are unsteady on your feet. The first driveway into reception is surprisingly steep, but you can use the second one, and this would be advisable if you are at all unsure of your vehicle.||There is a good little burger/fish and chip shop in the little shopping centre around the corner, which was convenient and very good food. ||Good place to make a stop ahead of a run south through Sydney the next day.

I spent the weekend with my partner and 3 kids. The rooms were clean, Tidy and private. Had everything you really need in the rooms toaster, kettle microwave fridge. Was awesome price grat location definitely highly recommended.
Kids play area out the back working bbqs Bree at reception is love.
I've stayed here twice now and I love it

Excellent service lovely reception staff so helpful and friendly. Rooms are basic but are clean and do the job. you can’t moan for the price at all. in fact i slept better here then i have in other hotels. Only downside is the wifi which was very poor. I would defo return. plenty of parking round the back for our motorhome we just needed a break from the road and camping and stopped here to watch the local soccer team play.

Location is convenient and close to Gosford shopping centre and the highway. Also a great view at night from the rooms on the back of the hotel. The rooms were small and the shower pressure was average. We were unable to connect to the wifi and the Tv didn’t work. However, for the price and convenient location, it was reasonable.

Not a bad spot. First driveway is steep as shit but that's not really the hotels issue, better to take the second one if you have a low car. Right next to a main road so there's alot of noise at night for the front rooms, but that's to be expected. Basic maintenance needed in some of the bathrooms. The shower head was turning the wall into a water feature. Rooms are small but the beds are comfy, tidy. Kettle and microwave provided. Had the pleasure of being stuck with a very loud bogan couple in the next room who spent two days straight arguing on the porch, smoking and getting wasted. But such is life in the central coast.

The Bella Vista Motel is perfectly located for our needs on this trip, a rushed trip to advocate to government authorities on family business. The  Motel was very clean and well maintained. There were no food facilities but that was not an issue as there is a small shopping centre across the road with a fabulous pizza shop. It is certainly where we will stay next time shoukd we require a trip to the NSW Central Coast again.

Great little spot. Affordable. Ac internet clean. The lady at reception is very nice and friendly and let me do late checkout 😁. Highly reccomend.

I have been staying at BVM (Bella Vista Motel) for more than a year. All was good and nice when the owner and the previous admin were on reception. You felt, welcomed, all was easy, friendly, accommodating, plus a little yarn about anything and everything (a true blue Aussie unwritten rule). Loved it!

Unfortunately, a sometime ago they hired another receptionist who has difficulties understanding customer service, no idea on customer loyalty, changes your request for specific room without asking you, can't make decisions when asked a little more than his script (has to talk to the boss every time), changes his mind every 30 seconds, and up the price of the stay by the minute, (sometimes by up to $30) was confused about the number of beds in each room and had an arrogant attitude. In summary he is a terrible receptionist led to a terrible experience. Made all very difficult.

This morning I got up, paid and left, even though I needed at least one more night. I could not cope with such an individual!

Pity on Bella Vista Motel and his owner (Pat) a good man himself! If you go there, make sure that Pat himself welcomes you!
