We stayed for 1 night in the Garden apartment (wish we had stayed longer) and it was delightful. Spacious, clean and well equipped. The use of the washing machine, at no extra charge was very much appreciated. The view from the seating area in the garden was amazing as we looked out over the lush gardens to the distant mountains - breathtaking! Would definitely recommend staying here, as it is so handy for all that the lovely town of Bellingen has to offer. The Dorrigo National Park walk and Dangar falls are all within a lovely drive up into the mountains.

We had a family group of 5 adults, staying three nights. We stayed on the top floor. It was comfortable, clean & quiet. No difficulties at all. Even though there was another group on two of the nights downstairs, no real noise problem. Lovely sitting room with plenty of seating. Felt homely & welcoming. Fire in living area & air conditioning in bedrooms, kept us comfortable even though the winter nights were cool.

We stayed in Garden Suite which was comfortable and well appointed for the needs of 2 people. Light continental breakfast was provided and appreciated. Location is quiet with a lovely pool area. Patio is a lovely place to sit and have breakfast looking out over pool to the mountains. Beds are comfortable. Unit had a damp musty smell which was very unpleasant, however we put that down to the very recent flooding rain in area. Bathroom ok but shower recess has mould in grout and the hob is very high to step over. Parking is tricky, down a steep drive and sharp turn into small parking bay making exits challenging to avoid drop over high driveway edge. Advised by manager that this is being addressed soon.
Update on this review October 2022 advised by management that bathroom has been renovated and parking improved.

We were a family of 7, 4 adults and 3 children including my 87 year old mother… the facilities for my Mother were great including a shower chair, low bed and a ramp on entry from the garage to the house. Each bedroom has a full ensuite. The views are sensational. The only negative was the driveway is quite steep and awkward, one of our cars scraped on the ground on entry to the driveway so we had to park that particular car on the street. SUV was fine. Would love to comeback for a longer stay. Bellingen is a lovely country town.

My stay was comfy, convenient, clean and nice attention to detail. My only thing to say and not even a negative, was that the tv in the lounge had no signal... but didnt really matter. Emily was a lovely host and baby Grace just adorable. I would stay again for sure. Close to town and lovely views of the mountains ?

We were a group of 4 couples who stayed just one night. We found the property very comfortable and warm as there was plenty of fuel for the slow combustion fire. The visiting kookaburras were a highlight. Would happily stay again and for longer.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista where the bird calls are amazing and the peaceful, leafy location makes it a very relaxing place. The host was really welcoming and friendly. She kindly included fresh milk, bread and breakfast for us too. The lovely small town of Bellingen is a very short drive away or a hilly walk

My sister, baby and I stayed at the Bella Vista for a couple of nights and really enjoyed the place. Great view, very comfortable and well equiped! Emily was very welcoming and I will definitely stay there again next time we visit Bellingen.
