I had my hair done today but Bella Donna! This is how I come home and straighten my hair like I always do and I told her I always straighten my hair pretty much every day! This is how it looks. The front is up to my jaw and the rest is down to my shoulders pretty much! It’s hard to get a photo but I’ve tried to put a line to show. This is crazy!

I had horrific hair experiences in the past. You say only cut a bit and you walk out with a short hair style. You say blonde foils and your hair looks orange when you leave. Leah did my foils today and it is possibly the best experience of my life. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Leah is awesome and professional and she knows hair. I have difficult hair and she exceeded all my expectations. Well done. You are absolutely the best and I had a fabulous time in your salon. 💕

Fantastic, I have unmanageable thick fluffy bulky hair and have always tried to remove the bulk but every time it's never worked and made my fluffy bulky hair worse, example thinning scissors. I read about a technique to remove bulk online, never done it before never heard of it before. Went in and tried to explain the technique, Jo hadn't heard of it before but still was happy to attempt to try it. Not many hairdressers will do. Exploring unknown territory we came out the other side completely 100% successful, my hair is amazing now it's not bulky anymore it's still nice and thick except now it 100% manageable it's amazing I love it so much. Soooo happy thank you Jo. I'll see you again when I need a touch up😁

My 8 year old daughter had an extreme hair cut done through these ladies where she went from shoulder length hair to a pixie cut. I was worried at first but the ladies absolutely nailed it, and she has had so many of her friends complementing her😊 I also went in with a picture of a style I wanted done and thought like every other hairdresser they would not do what I wanted and would not look anything like what I showed them but Michelle did exactly what I asked for and at a very good price.

I really can't recommend this salon at all. I have spent the past year professionally lightening my hair with foils from black brown colour and having just moved to the area, I thought I'd try Bella donna. Biggest regret! I wanted a light ash Brown to take out the brassiness, I knew it would be a little darker as ash tones often are.
The end result was a warm very dark chocolate brown! Initially I was ok with it as in the moment I thought it was nice BUT once home I realised it wasn't what I asked for and I'd spent a small fortune the past year lightening my hair and I was back to dark hair
I called and spoke to the manager who insisted the right colour had been used, there was no apology though she offered for me to come in for a shampoo to remove some colour. I did that with little result, the stylist told me it was my hair type that throws a lot of gold. No refund, no apology
I have since been to a great salon and have recommenced the lightening with foils, apparently my hair throws no unusual amount of gold at all!

Probably one of the most disappointing hair dressing experienes I've had. Expensive but I would have accepted that but my hair looked 100% better when I went in compared to when I left. The blow dry was absolutely awful....Definitely a frizzy lizzy dreadful blow dry. Just a weak 'I'm sorry' when I complained 😕😣

Wont recommend for girlies who have keratinised hair. Hair cut is good but the hair dresser is allergic to keratinised hair.
