I don’t usually purchase clothing online without being able to try them on (I live in a different state to where the store is based) but I just LOVED the styles that I saw online at Bella Boheme. The size guide they have online is really accurate. I purchased 3 items and I couldn’t be happier! Fast postage, a beautiful little cloth bag holds the clothing in the post package so there’s no plastic and paper to dispose of. I’ll definitely be purchasing more items from Bella Boheme.

Bella Boheme is the most awesome store to shop for beautiful clothes, the service they provide is above and beyond. I had to make a phone enquiry when I put my first order in and they put me at ease with ordering online, I couldn’t have asked for better service from placing my order, making phone contact over a mistake I had made myself to the delivery which was outstanding. I expected to wait so much longer with how busy they were with the sale but my orders arrived super quick and packaged beautifully. It is so easy to see how the staff want you to feel so special when the order arrives, right down to a hand written note….service such as I was provided with certainly deserves recognition and I will certainly be shopping again with Bella Boheme. I love these 2 hooded cardigans I got both colours, they are lovely and warm. Highly recommend. I wish I would have waited 2 more days and I would have received 25% off which was a great saving but I missed out unfortunately.

Saw the shop online but wanted to try on the jeans before purchasing so went in store. The jeans fit perfectly! Bought the Zeppelin Vintage and Tuscan Jean as well as a knit top. I love the jeans. Flattering and so comfy. I sized down in the jeans.

Read the T & Cs before ordering would be my advice! Ordered long cardigan. Was very sick and didn't get to open it until about a week after l received it. It is too big. Returns are 10 days after receiving item...my fault for assuming it would be 30 days like most companies. Grabbed a couple of jackets with storewide sale. Really disappointed in quality for the price. Possibly like something l would buy on Shein. Quickly submitted Return to get it back in the 10 days...to find that l can not get a refund. Only a store credit. I understand final sale items...but thought a store wide sale would offer refunds. I'm a 6 to 8...and sizing is very generous and not suitable for my size. So lm stuck with a $100 cardigan that's too big. Now a store credit l probably won't use. I wanted so much to love this company and support an Australian business. Just do your research first!!!

I bought jeans online from BB while on Facebook. I had no idea the actual boutique was only an hour away from my home. I bought the wrong size (for my daughter) and didn’t get organized enough to return them online (or on time). Visited the actual store today and was able to exchange the jeans with no hassle (despite the delay) and the store assistant/manager was so lovely & helpful.
