Had the 90 minute hair spa treatment today and it was so serene, relaxing and exactly what I needed. Even the little touch of asking for your favourite drink beforehand so they can have it ready for you after the appointment while they style your hair! I’ll be back, worth every dollar!

I have struggled to find a hairdresser for years, one that can layer long, thick hair. I have finally found an experienced, kind & skilled hairdresser in Britney. The salon is so inviting with a calm aura, making the whole experience so enjoyable & relaxing. Britney listened attentively to my hair reshaping needs & understood exactly what I meant. I'm visiting Lang Lang for a while and had to find a hairdresser while here. I'm so glad I decided to try Behind the Mirror. From the moment I stepped in, I felt pampered. The salon is beautifully decorated, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and softly spoken. I felt heard when we spoke about what I wanted and informed about the process. I normally have a scalp bleach because of my dark roots, but there is no bleach in sight here, so we talked alternatives. I decided to trust the process and couldn't be happier. I felt rejuvenated, my colour is magnificent, and my scalp wasn't red raw and on fire when I left. I've already booked my next visit and will continue to visit while I'm here. My only regret is that I can't take them with me when I go back to Adelaide in 6 months. Thank you for making my visit an experience I will remember fondly always, I look forward to seeing you all again soon.

You omitted the very important part of the information you gave me! Remember your colleague or your staff member who I was talking to on the phone failed to inform me that rescheduled twice meaning I would lose the deposit I had already rescheduled my appointment due to a very important family emergency that I could not avoid and your staff was very understanding and did reschedule my appointment cause she understood that shit did happen! Then when I rang again to confirm my present the next day, I managed to talk to you and you stated that your staff should have told me that I cannot reschedule twice! I JUST WANT TO TELL YOU THAT IF YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE FACT THAT CHARGING SOMEONE WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY SERVICE, THEN THAT’S GREAT! I HOPED YOUR BUSINESS KEPT THRIVING FROM BEING INHUMANE!!!

ALL I can say is these ladies at behind the mirror r fantastic. I have been going here for the last 18 months and have always left feeling like a new woman. Re growth,colour,foils haircut and do not forget the lovely finishing touch of curling my hair always high standards.
