If you can ignore the peach laminate furnishings, it’s a good place to stay. Quiet, clean, easy parking, guest laundry, microwave, toaster and fridge. Coles 2mins down the road. Unfortunately the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Bonus though, nice little restaurant on site, drinks and meals for 2 including dessert $75

This was great for an over night stop. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The amenities in good working order. Very straightforward check in. Close to town but quiet location. Only negative was the noise transfer between rooms and outside but this was minor.

Comfortable, convenient and great value. We had a last minute change to our travel schedule and the owners very kindly allowed us to shift dates on short notice to accomodate. Highly recommend!

We have just stayed 3 nights; very pleased and impressed with rooms, service and price. New owners are obviously working hard to correct any previous maintenance issues & plans for new restaurant sound great. We will definitely stay again when next in Bega.

PROS: Great quiet location. Rooms spacious. Walking distance to the main street where there are restaurants, shopping centre and pubs
CONS: The bathroom was dirty and it appeared that someone had started cleaning it but did not finish. The shower and the toilet was dirty and there were no towels. Had to go to reception to request this. We arrived a couple of hours after check in time.

The Restaurant is permanently closed ( ignore the photos in the ad). Lots of black mould in the shower and around the sink taps. Corridors and stairs had plenty of cigarette ends and what appeared to be dried vomit. Laundry hadn’t been cleaned in days (weeks?) reception staff had long since lost passion for the job. Seemed more like a half-way house than a motel. Wifi fails every 5 mins. Easy walk to town.
