Not happy! My only stipulation was a private bathroom! EVERYTHING WAS SHARED! The room had not seen a duster or vacuum cleaner for a very long time. And as for the communal bathroom. Well, only the bath looked clean- the rest was so grungy (old used soaps left in the soapdishes, dirty bath and basin mats on the floor.) I cleaned the toilet seat with sanitiser before using it each time because, judging by the overflowing bin with anti-fungal powder containers in as well as in the basin drawers, I was NOT assured by the hygiene standard. The advert also did not mention the myriad of very steep steps to access off the street that is its address and the very steep driveway off the back of the house if you need to bring luggage down. Fellow lodgers were ok except for a bitey dog that felt the need to bark viciously every time it entered the front door which was right by our window (including in the middle of the night.
Long Black hairs in the bed (we are grey and clipped short), and old blood droplets on the duvet cover.
All in all, not impressed and I would like a refund.

This was truly a fantastic place. I had found myself in need of accommodation for 6 days, and this was just what I needed.
Access was no problem, other than both entrances were daunting for luggage and a person of my age. No problem, it was quickly arranged by the host, to have my items delivered to my room. Oh, it was super large, with common access to bathroom, laundry, kitchen and lounge. Talk about a home away from home!

What you pay for is what you get. Share house accommodation. Bed was firm and room clean. Nothing special. We were greeted by one of the "permies" who pointed us to our room and bathroom etc. Not sure what breakfast was supposed to be but we managed a cup of coffee and tea...

It's perfect for what it says. Convenient place in the burbs to do your things. Room is a good size and a full kitchen can be accessed. Host is very accommodating.
