This new hidden beauty in wetherill park Greenway plaza is absolutely amazing. The staff are friendly, greet you with fruit platter and drink.
The take their time to ensure you have the most relaxing experience. Best of all they cover all beautiful services, I did the Iraqi bath package and it does not disappoint. Will be coming back for sure.

One of Wetherill Parks hidden gems! The Iraqi style bath I had was amazing! Clean, spacious, and luxurious. The staff made sure we were having a great time and provided with water along with sauna room. We were looked after very much. You should go for it too

I and my friend did the Iraqi bath style. The experience was amazing. the staff and service were 10 out of 10 highly recommended.

For our wedding anniversary my husband and I experienced the Iraq Traditional bath, it was an incredible experience. The ladies were welcoming, friendly, and hospitable providing excellent customer service. We loved it. The products used smelled so good. I also had my hair styled. We highly recommend for a relaxing and amazing experience.

Today, I went with my mum to get a haircut, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. I loved the staff, especially Reema and Vanessa; they were such beautiful souls. I told them what I wanted for my hair, and they made my dream come true!

Went there in a good mood, but I had the worst experience to the point where I was traumatized for weeks.
I went there to get a bath and lash lift.
There, the lady told me I had 30 mins to myself to be in the tub and sauna. They kept 2 soap just besides the tub so I grabed one and used it and kept the wet soap aside. I had no idea when and how the soap slipped and had gone in the tub. By the time I finished my bath the manager or the owner came and saw the water being cloudy. And fast forward she tried to charge me 200 dollars more
saying that she have to call the water company, clean the whole tub and cancel her next appointment. She told me I wasn’t supposed to use the soap. The soap was right beside the tub which I am posting a picture of and also the place it was kept, the soap can easily fall into the water anyway. I requested to pay the half, and when I went to get the lash lift, not a single lash was curled…. Waste of money.
Before the session They gave me a paper to sign which said If I damage anything I have to pay. But I don’t remember anywhere that states I can’t use the soap when the soap is right besides the tub and I had no one to asist or I could ask for 30 mins. And I don’t think a soap into the water is a “damage” Fun fact the woman also took the money of the soap. Talking of which, if you have to call the water company to “clean” the tub that means you don’t cleanse it after every session or if it cleans itself why do you need to worry about? I paid around 200 dollar just for the bath and its funny how u cant even provide “complementary” soap to your cliets. And I am also posting the picture of the lash which didn’t even move a bit also there was some sticky stuff or glue stuck on my eyelids. One star is too much for this place.

Last week I thought I would give the salon a go as I seen they offered a range of services, I walked in and was greeted by 2 women (not the owner) music was on ridiculously loud and the girl at the desk didn’t even stand to greet me. I asked if I could have my eyebrows threaded, neither women were able to provide the service but offered waxing as an alternative, I made it very clear how particular I was with my eyebrows and how nervous I was to have them done somewhere other then my usual place. The woman was confident and said no I won’t ruin them, I should have listened to my gut, I left with half a brow missing. To be honest when she started apologising I thought she was joking because of how I told her I don’t let just anyone do them. The owner showed up about half hour later ( i stayed because the girl that ruined my eyebrows begged me to wait for the owner) the owner was nice and apologetic she air brushed my brows, they were way too dark and when I washed my face the bald spot was once again exactly that, she offered to do micro blading which you could imagine at this point it was a big fat no from me, if you couldn’t wax and then tint suitably for my face I’m not going to let you tattoo me.
At the end of the day as an owner or manager you should make sure your staff can provided the services you offer.
I was told the owner would make contact to check in and provide a serum for hair growth.
Not a single follow up.
