I have been a client of Mirna's for over 20 years. I go 15 - 20 times a year for waxing and various treatments. Mirna is very welcoming and professional in everything she does. Mirna is always upskilling and trying new treatments and products and I have been her guinea pig at times for new treatments, which I feel special about to get to try new things. I could not recommend her enough to anybody wanting treatments and to feel special while having a treatment.

I come here for Mirna’s waxing services once a month. She was the first person i’ve ever gotten a brazilian wax from so at first I was a bit nervous as I am a bit insecure but she was instantly welcoming as soon as I walked in the doors and never has anything negative to say. She’s so kind and always remembers things that we talk about in previous sessions which makes the wax less painful and go very quickly as we just talk away the whole session. She’s very easy to get a long with and is very professional. I love the waxing services she provides as it is easier for me as she waxes me in half the time it takes to do it myself and i’m always left feeling so soft and smooth. In the future I will be getting other services done like the skincare services she provides. Overall, I love coming here every 4 weeks as Mirna is very welcoming as if she is inviting you into her home. She has amazing service and amazing hospitality. I will be continuing to use her services and I have recommended her to all my friends !!

Update: this is the correct place. I first started coming here in 2020 and stopped coming in late last year. I will never be back so there’s no reason to sort anything. I’m just warning people of what they’ll walk into.

Unfortunately I had many unsatisfied visits here. I only ever got eyebrows done, and a massage one time. However, during the massage, it was anything but relaxing. The woman was constantly answering her mobile phone that was in her pocket, she kept speaking to me the whole time I was having the massage, and it was so annoying. Every other time I got a service done, she was very critical of my looks. Would always ask why I dye my hair, why I get tattoos, would always comment on my weight, and would always comment on my face when I had a breakout trying to sell me her services. It is 110% normal to get pimples, and that is definitely not a way to upsell. Do better and stop commenting on peoples looks and weight. Also, she was ‘accidentally’ always charging me before I could pay at the end of the service. This is illegal and you do not have authority to take money from people’s banks unless it’s a deposit. Be warned everyone.

I'm so glad I've found this little gem of a place. I had a great experience today, getting a microdermabrasion and oxygen therapy facial. Mirna is such a lovely, welcoming woman, who is very knowledgeable on what she does. Looking forward to many more treatments here.
