Visiting for the week—got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure here and the staff were all so talented and kind. The leg massage included in the pedicure was a surprise and so so good. Much more involved than what I’ve come to expect in the US!

I asked for nail art that was pretty complex and the ladies here nailed it. They were patient and worked with me to make sure my nails were just like I wanted them. I would 100% recommend this spot!! Obsessed!!

Just had my nails done by Lee! Loved them, exactly what I wanted and beautiful environment. I went for the strawberry glaze donut look 🍓❤️ I have tiny nail beds and Lee made me feel like I had lush long nails 😅 thank you, I will be back!

Visiting from Adelaide and desperately needed my nails done. Made an appointment here with no issues at all. My nail tech was so lovely and made sure I was happy each step of the way. They made sure I was comfortable in there and not too hot especially due to being pregnant and overheating easily. I am beyond happy with my nails and will be back again when we visit next. The price I paid was explained to me along the way and at the check out also.

Beyond impressed! High level of care and cleanliness standards. It can be nerve racking to try a new salon (especially in a different country) but I was quickly put at ease here. They take pride in their work and I left entirely satisfied. AND the massage chairs were so relaxing. I will be back!

comfy place, but overall experience = NOTHING SPECIAL.

yes they worked very fast, i think they did my nails in less than 45minutes. but, the staff were not friendly and i personally felt like they probably didn’t care about their customers. they were literally just doing their job, but not wholeheartedly treating their customers which is very unlikely of me.

the result were not that perfect either. got a simple red gel nails for $45 and some of them are already chipped on the first day. unbelievable.

the only reason i came to this salon was because this is the highest-rating place all over cairns. but i personally don’t think they deserves all these stars since they are very cold and rude staffs. i felt weird coming in and out of the salon, like i did something wrong but it’s just them who’s weird and unfriendly.

Went here for an acrylic set and asked the lady before we started how long it would take, as I had an appointment in an hour. She assured me it was fine but had me just making it to my appointment, I had to ring them prior telling them I may be late. Had my fingers yanked while getting them done for being “too tense”, as I was stressing about being late for my next appointment. They only have a few shades of blue and after I’ve paid $65, less than two weeks later one has already fallen off and others are loose. I called them to see if there was anything they could do and they said it would cost me, as “it’s normal for them to fall off after less than two weeks.” Never have I ever had this happen at any other salon. I’m absolutely appalled. If you don’t want your money wasted don’t come to this salon.
