Poor excuse for a community hub.
Treat their staff and clients extremely poor.
I'm surprised it hasn't had an audit with the neglect and poor service.
Obviously I cannot upload photos of how they mistreat their clients but, there's plenty of clients and staff who have disengaged from their "service" for good reason.

When asking for help we were led in circles for months given underhanded threats to do certain things that we were not comfortable as a family with and serious concerns about our child being told we are just being "triggered". Would like to go through the right channels to make a formal complaint when I have some free time and find out what channels those are.
