Stayed in Unit 3, had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Across the road from the beach, although it was too cold to swim. Nothing was too much trouble for Pat and Bob and we are looking forward to returning in January.

We have just returned home from spending 10 days in Merimbula staying at Beachfront Apartments and the spotless unit was obvious from the moment we unlocked the sliding glass door. The 8 apartments have been under new resident management since last December and Pat and Bob's standard is excellent. They are both very friendly and very helpful and considerate even to the point of knocking on our door with jig-saw puzzles on a wet day when we decided to stay in and read. ||The two bedroom unit has everything one needs as far as appliances goes including a split system aircon unit. My husband enjoyed Foxtel so he didn't miss watching his AFL footy. The beds were very comfortable too which is important to us and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets if required when cold overnight which we did have a few of.||It is a nice flat walk across the bridge into the shopping area from the Fishpen side of town and in a quiet area.||As wifi is not free we used the local Library to check emails etc. Merimbula has plenty of great places to dine out for lunch or dinner with our favourite being Tura Beach Country Club.||We will definitely be returning again to stay at the Beachfront Apartments.

Thank you Bob and Pat for going out of your way to make us feel comfortable. After 8 of us having to evacuate Gipsy Point from the fires, they offered us a room that usually fits 5 people and found roll out beds to fit us all in. They were so helpful and the room was clean and neat. Walking distance to the to beach and shops. Definitely would stay there again!

My boyfriend and I have stayed here twice and once I stayed as a child. Great location opposite the beach. Big apartment with everything you need. Keith is great, always up for a chat and plenty of good advice on things to do and see. We love it hear, it's very affordable, clean and convenient accommodation in one of my favourite holiday destinations. We'll be back I'm sure.

First time I've stayed at Beachfront Apartments but it certainly won't be the last, large apartment, well looked after and rather larger than I thought it would be. Only a small block of seven apartments but they are on the Fishpen side of Merimbula which is also a bonus. Pat and Bob are great hosts, very friendly and full of information and went out of their way to help. Great BBQ area and gardens all kept very clean and tidy.

This place is a hidden gem and outstanding value.||Located in the Fishpen, (the location to stay in Merimbula), it is less than 100 metres to the beach and it is a fantastic spot for kids.||There are only 8 units, therefore not too busy.||The two bedroom self contained units are spacious and were spotlessly clean. The hosts Pat and Bob were friendly and went out of their way to help us.||Price was around the same or cheaper than cabins at the caravan parks and far more comfortable.||Would I come back? Definitely yes!

Central location to the Sapphire Coast and walking distance to the beach and fishing. |All the local clubs have a courtesy bus that collect from the apartment. |All the inclusions for self catering and plenty of room. |Friendly owners who went out of their way to help us.|A little occasional noise from aircraft but it was not too obtrusive.|Great gardens, bbq and picnic tables under the stars for dinner.
