I was watching the match Argentina vs Colombia .. went to the toilet when my drink ? disappeared.. I mentioned it to the girl at bar and she without asking much made a new one for me.. it's not about the drink guys.. it's about hospitality and be kind.. especially when they're been so busy.
Good staff! And mimosa was so good BTW ?gracias!!!

We went to the Beach Road hotel on a Tuesday night and this was Trivia night with Tacos on special. Plenty of options to sit, you can sit and partake in the trivia or sit on the other side with some background music and have a chat. So may options. We had the Taco’s and Schnitzel both were well presented and reasonably priced. More of a younger persons night out but you can easily go for a quiet meal on the other side of the bar with 2 couples and have a good chat. Steak night Monday is also a good option. Remember if you want to take advantage of happy hour be there before 7pm.

Great well appointed rooms with quality fixtures to make your stay comfortable.

Can be loud due to the late night bars, but that just adds more to the stay.

Cheers I'll definitely be back

Kicking people out at 2000, literally one drink in us, looked tired 3 nurses post 4 night shift wanting a drink and a little dance, laughed in our face, glad to see people appreciative of our healthcare workers, would not recommend

Tuesday pub quiz has been consistently good, apart from a busier night when we couldn't get seated in the half of the bar where it was being held. We couldn't hear the quizmaster properly and nothing was done to rectify this—pretty frustrating and probably an easy solution.

The food could also be improved quite simply. Dishes like the Guinness pie are tasty, but they are served at close to room temperature, not piping hot. Yes, we could awkwardly try and ask them to be heated up, but it's often self-pick up service, and the kitchen is a trek away in a completely different area.

One dish me and my partner weren't keen on was the 100 layer lasagna. It was also served too cold and there were too many layers of pasta that were on the wrong side of al-dente. The sauce was nice, but '100 layers' has come at the cost of quality.

We do still enjoy Beach Road Hotel, and it's good that we've been asked for feedback on the menu. I hope they read this and take notes—it'd certainly help us to continue returning!

Always a great night at beach road, although have to mention that Patch who came around to collect glasses is an absolute legend, carrying about 72 glasses and still willing to pick up more and clear our table while having a chat. Star quality, beach road please shout him a few beers.

The food used to be amazing, but last Tuesday Tacos ? were not that good, Sunday Roast was NOT A PROPER ROAST, British people got completely disappointed, Monday Steak night( 3 steaks were supposed to be Medium Rare and were Burnt ?.
I really hope it can go back to normal.

I'm literally the only one having food on a Monday lunch time.
More than 30 minutes for a burger with chips? Come on…
