I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the service wasn't entirely bad, the amenities in the room were an absolute nightmare.

First, the shower was leaking constantly, day and night. Even when I was lying in bed, I could hear the water dripping, which kept me awake all night. This alone made it impossible to relax during my stay.

Next, the tap in the bathroom made a loud, screeching noise every time I used it, even for something as simple as brushing my teeth. It was extremely irritating and really added to the discomfort.

The general condition of the room was appalling. Several sockets on the walls were hanging off, and the place was generally filthy, as if it hadn’t been cleaned at all. This is supposed to be the Superior Queen Seaview room, which was quite expensive, but it felt far from superior.

The spa, which was supposed to be one of the highlights of the room, was out of order, which was a huge letdown. The view from the room was also terrible—what should have been a beautiful seaview was instead a road. Even on a sunny morning, the view was disappointing.

To make matters worse, basic amenities were missing. There were no extra pillows available, no iron in the room (which I needed to use last night), and calling for assistance would have incurred a big fee. It was a huge letdown from start to finish.

Overall, I would not recommend staying here. The combination of poor amenities, lack of cleanliness, and disappointing view made for a very unpleasant experience.

This is a clean, very well located motel that is a solid choice for someone making a trip to Wollongong and is looking for clean, comfy and convenient accomodations.

There are obvious signs of repairs having been conducted, and notes indicating how to use hot water and other facilities, so there is work being done to maintain and improve the guest experience.

The place is really nice and really feels like home. It is cold their though. We had a late booking, so the staff cooperatively gave us the information we required for the booking. It was annoying that the staff weren't there in the reception when we needed something. It was early in the morning, but still. The rooms were okay, not like a royal palace though. There were random noise and nuisances at night when we slept and random bugs skittering across the floor.

Room 6 is an interconnecting room and lots of noise comes through the door.
Room is small and cramped.
Bright lights outside the window makes sleeping difficult. Carpet thread bear. Shower curtain mouldy. Staff were pleasant but not a good place to stay I'm sorry to say

Absolutely putrid. I would never stay there again.
Apparently I was even upgraded to “premium room. There’s nothing premium about this place.
I checked in after hours and a scary looking woman was sitting on the top of the stair case smoking (there’s no smoking signs everywhere). The same woman had guests at 3am, banging on the door and leaving again at 430am. The manager did apologise and informed me that the woman “had some mental health issues she had recently been evicted from her community housing home” (government clearly keeping her there). I complained the following morning and the manager came to see me when I returned from working as I said I didn’t feel safe etc.The Manager assured me (lied) the lady was being moved that night to their “other motel”. The woman was still there the next morning, as soon as I opened my door, she did the same.
The “premium room” had a broken table (it was just leaning against the wall), stunk like stale cigarettes and the curtains (if you can call them that) don’t even fit (check them out)! The stairs and outside area was putrid, sooo dirty. Absolute garbage, disgusting motel, I should have read reviews and did more shopping around, for $10 more per night you can stay at a brand new hotel in Woolongong,.

Booked online - easy process.
Unfortunately, some 10 days before my scheduled date, I needed to cancel the booking.
This required two email requests from me and eventually three telephone calls to have this request resolved. During tje process received two invoices, one showing an amount required and another advising cancellaton but showing an amount owing.
Very frustrating for what, to me, seemed like a simple process and one, I am sure, they have faced before.
Now on my "no go" list.

Stayed here for one night. Staff were really great in checking me in early. I had a queen room on the bottom floor. Quiet, super clean, ice cold glasses in the fridge. Hot shower with great water pressure. Cannot fault the place honestly. Really big room for the price I paid. Black out curtains were fantastic. Great location.
