We are glad we found this complex. The location is really ideal, only a block back from the beach, the Parade and Coles. And with a rooftop view back out to the Glasshouse Mountains, ideal for a sundowner at the end of a hard day's holidaying.
And we are so glad we went through their website direct to book. We got a good deal for the nights we were there.
The staff are really lovely to deal with. We would definitely come back here to stay.

Stayed here in April 2025 with my husband and 3 children. The location was great and staff were kind enough, but the room was not at all clean when we arrived. We found 2 cockroaches on two separate nights on my daughters bottom bunk bed (alive) which was appalling really. I found several dirty, greasy dishes when my children went to use teaspoons to eat and cups, so we had to wash all dishes before using them ourselves. The carpets were not vacuumed properly and our toddler was picking things up and putting things in his mouth when we were bringing our suitcases inside. They left us minimal cleaning products - one tiny sachet of dishwashing liquid - no drying rack for dishes, one tiny bin bag - not even a dish cloth, just a hard scrubber. Not sure how they expect us to maintain any level of cleanliness when they don't provide cleaning products. Not that we were happy about having to do this anyway, considering the state of the place when we arrived. I emailed them advising them of our concerns but they never replied. The final straw for us was when they charged us a $50 cleaning fee after we left. There were definitely some food crumbs left behind by us - we have children and there wasn't a vacuum cleaner otherwise I'd have happily vacuumed. We had washed all dishes, taken the rubbish out, put all used towels in the washing machine, wiped benches - it was cleaner than when we arrived! The fact that they charged us this cleaning fee is laughable. We certainly wouldn't stay there agian.

Really nice hotel in must say. From heated roof top spal and plunge pool , to large ground level pool. Very nicely designed rooms and hotel. Very friendly front desk manager and plenty of room parking in basement area. Hotel is one street away from mooloolaba main street and beach. Probably one of the better set out beach fronts of all of Sunshine Coast. Lots of
restaurants including surf club and right around the corner to the wharf and underwater world. Great hotel , great location.

The location for the price is really good. Easy stroll to beach, restaurants & shops.
The studio apartment was certainly adequate - could have done with a good clean. I booked direct and found out they had a Feb deal going - pay for two & get one free. Although I only needed two nights it meant I didn’t have to wait for 14:00 check in & got there much earlier in the day. I’d def stay there again.

Do not stay at this hotel if you value your privacy. The owners of the room unlocked the front door and came into the apartment ILLEGALLY because there were guests over at 9pm on a Saturday night which is entirely allowed. Complete and utter breach of privacy, unlawful and also completely disgusting behavior in general.

Cheap clean and comfortable, the sauna and gym, hot tub were fantastic only issue was the hot water temp would not stay warm.

First night we were given room 415 which had black mold all over the walls behind the couch and TV, we could see where water had been dribbling down the interior wall from the ceiling. Couch was grimy and moldy too. Moved couch and underneath filthy dirty and more mold! Very basic room facing a school playground and missing some simple things like chopping board etc. Requested help and was told they would clean it, lady came in with spray and roughly cleaned the walls in front of us. We wanted to move. Told rooms all full, had to wait until next day to move rooms. Next room much better however still some cleaning issues here and I dusted shelves so they could be used. Found a moldy towel in bottom of wardrobe. Handed it into reception.
Such a shame as great location and amenities.
Get a better housekeeper!!
