The managers Joel & Bec are lovely, helpful & tried their best to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities are excellent and our family loved the pool, tennis court, complimentary towels, beach paraphernalia etc. The location is across the road from a fantastic surf beach and café. However, the main road is noisy and it isn’t convenient to supermarket/shops.
The apartments are privately owned and the quality of each varies. Our apartment (#25) was a premium one, but besides a new bathroom the comfort & quality was dated and very average. The bed mattresses were ancient, saggy & hard from years of use and very uncomfortable. Also the kitchen not well stocked or functional. Besides the most basic items there was a mish mash of old pots, containers & crockery including pots & containers with no lids, only 1 medium frying pan for cooking besides an old worn electric pan covered in grease, blunt knives for chopping, no large bowls for eating meals out of, old worm appliances and no cupboards or pantry for storing food. Overall a fantastic resort catered for by lovely & helpful managers, but premium should be reserved for the better apartments.

Place was nice, next to beach, easy check in checkout.
BUT host complained that we didn’t take out the trash and that there was sand on the floor that required extra cleaning …
Taking out the trash I can get behind, which in this case I forgot to.
But the sand on the floor? It’s advertised as a resort next to the beach, obviously guests will be retuning from beach and bring in some sand. It should be part of cleaning to vacuum or broom the whole apartment after every booking so I don’t understand the complaint.
This makes me suspect that they don’t really clean the place properly after every use, as they also required us to wash and put away all cutlery. So by the sounds of it they also don’t check that all kitchen utensils are properly clean after every booking?

This resort is in a fabulous location - a beautiful beach is right across the road and it's within 10 minutes drive of Noosa and Peregian Beaches. Our unit (#19) was recently renovated and was very well-appointed with comfortable furnishings, spacious living areas and modern appliances. The hosts are absolutely lovely and very willing to help with any requests.

Stayed up here for my brothers wedding, for the price I can’t speak more highly of this place!!! Stones throw from cafes and beach, clean rooms, tennis court, pool and the staff were so friendly (Joel). My next visit to Noosa I will definitely be coming back!!

Thankyou guys for a fabulous stay. Kids were so entertained - tennis, pool, close to beach and stone's throw to work.
Self contained apartments are well appointed and very comfortable. Short stroll to coffee, beach and super relaxing, yet homey.
We will definitely be back (in fact have already booked!)

Having a double storey spacious apartment with a superb pool and gardens was a real highlight. Helpful staff and easy communication.

We had a wonderful time staying at Beach Breakers. The easy access to the beach and foreshore is wonderful. The facilities such as the pool and spa are super. We really loved our daily sessions on the tennis court. So much space. It was helpful to have a car but having said that, the bus, to just about everywhere the coast has to offer, is right out the door. And the free bus on weekends is up the road. There is a small group of shops that are walking distance of about 20 minutes. And the coffee shop opposite the beach is perfect. But what sets this place apart is the way it is managed. Lindsay and Julie do the most incredible job. The way they attend to everything is fantastic.

All the properties are individually owned and we stayed in #19. It had a good layout and the extra loo and laundry was useful. I think the owner could spend a modest amount to upgrade some amenities - new chair cushions, matching cutlery and crockery would really lift the place. A pretty small TV which didn't matter so much but noticeable in the spacious lounge. The wee cafe around the corner had great coffee and a very short stroll to the beach. Take your own beach towels.
