Old appartments - great location.
If wanting all rooms for sound privacy, the top third top room is a mezzanine. Open and hearing all from all floors.

Noise travels …
The next door apartment no voice heard but sounds like that steps on their stairway is heard like it’s in your own. No major, it is part of the character…
But when there is hammer drilling on the roof for days, it can get irritating. Staying a week, paying over $4000 for the ‘privilege’ to be told it is ‘expected maintenance’ that occurs every Monday to Friday in all the properties appartments.
Here is a suggestion… when doing maintenance schedule it on apartments that have been blocked out and perform all the upgrading on those. That way the paying patrons spending their savings, during a worldwide recession, on a rare holiday, do not have to hear tradies disturbing their peace on a daily basis.
Or advise when booking or check in that there is hammer drills and tradies doing maintenance on the roof.
But to have zero sh*ts given, say the weekend guests will not be disturbed and be 100% uncaring is not helpful.

Positive was the daily servicing with beds made and dishes stacked in the dishwasher for us to turn on and fresh towels-great service.

Conditions of the apartment; The bathrooms are old, water smells and with grouting missing. It’s clean and wifi works in 2 of the bedrooms.

But to think we are idiots, when telling the staff that the ensuite fan is not working, to be told it’s really quiet, but is going … but can’t be heard or felt -Bsh*t. Other bathroom works. The ensuite does not remove any steam, make noise or function.

Conclusion; location good. 5/10 for apartment. 2/10 reception service. 9/10 location.

Great location to explore the Fremantle area. Decent walk out. Nice and quiet. Loved the mornings opening up the balcony to views of the docks. Also offered unblocked sunset views from your living / masterbed room. Service was good. Bring your own water as they only provided on the first day, and would charge $2 a bottle thereafter. Oh, and no freeparking. They charge $15 a day for a secured parking area.

Great location. 10 to 15 min walk to Fremantle.
Place does have stairs so beware if any disabled people.
Loved the sunset veiws from our room.
Beds were comfortable. Ensuite in one room.
Place was neat and tidy.

5 stars overall! Really happy with my stay. The reception was really friendly. The location is perfect as it's just far enough away from busy Freo. And they walk back in is only a few minutes. The view from the room at sunset is just amazing. The bed was comfy. The rooms is spacious. So handy having the kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer in the room. As soon as I walked in I just knew the place was perfect. When I was looking to book this place I was a little put off by all the people who left not so positive reviews and once I got their I realised it's nothing but people complaining for the sake of it saying something. Ignore all of them if you're reading this as I would stay here again without question.

We had an absolutely fabulous two bedroom apartment backing onto the marina and stayed for a full week.
It had everything that you could hope for , it was super clean and was serviced daily.
The views of the sea and shipping were great, crowned by a sunset each night.
We really didn't want to leave!
The staff went above and beyond and were just lovely.

Have stayed here twice now - and both times terrific. Clean, convenient and definitely recommend the marina side, as there's no carpark and you get a view directly of the boats. They were also so helpful in mailing some lost property back to us.

Pretty nice overall.
Beautiful location, isolated from the hustle and bustle, with plenty of space to relax and watch the sunsets over the marina.
Rooms are dated and could do with a renovation, but still comfortable. You have everything you may need with built in laundries and kitchenettes. Rooms are serviced daily except on Sundays, and come with balconies with foot showers - perfect after a beach trip and places both upstairs and downstairs to watch the sunset.
Service was very friendly both when checking in, out, and throughout our short stay.
You get the space you need unlike a hotel, so you can truly feel at home and unwind, would highly recommend if you’re going to be staying in Fremantle.
Lovely place overall and will definitely return.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was a spacious apartment style with the most beautiful view over the harbour. It was very quiet and very clean. We could walk to the Shipwreck museum and to eateries. Secure parking was available for $15 for 24 hours. Limited breakfast provisions could be purchased but a nice little kitchen was very convenient to prepare something simple. Loved watching the boats from the balcony. Would recommend and return.
