2 things I'd like to mention:
- The popcorn was a bit too salty for my taste.
- The wall around D or E row hides the bottom of the screen.

Despite these minor issues, I'm already planning to come back in a couple of days and hope to visit more often. The seats are incredibly comfy, the sound quality is excellent, the cinema is clean, and the staff are very friendly. Overall, I had a fantastic time and look forward to my next visit!

They don’t even bother to check your ticket. On the other hand seats feel clean but look dirty, trash can is not overflowing. Floors in cinema was clean. But the seats need an upgrade. I got the seat with the rip in it! Don't get me started on the “ priority guest” booked online priority guest was like least priority guest that line was chockablock. When the non-priority guest line was empty you got served faster in the non-priority. on the other hand the bathrooms were dirty but clean toilets. Definitely need to rework. If you look on the seats they look like they’re about to fall off or rust or somebody has taken a dump on the seat not in the toilet.

I tried to go to watch a movie with my boyfriend on valentine’s day and we didn’t have id even though we looked older since i’m 15 and his 16 and i asked nicely if i could get my mum to send a photo of my birthday so he could know and he was very rude and said no i need id then kicked us out so i asked before he wanted us to leave to give my money back and he said he refunded it but it’s not in there yet. Very unhappy and i have gone into many MA15 movies without id before never a problem

Loads of staff on but no-one to tell us which cinema to go into. When one person inquired, we had 10 students with us, they said they couldn't tell us. We had all just gone through and bought popcorn etc. We'd checked the 2 cinemas listed on the board, but neither was ours. The cinema for our movie wasn't listed. The service could be much better here.

It was good to see they now have a cafe set up. The food we bought was nice. Especially my vegan wrap. The only issue I have is you have to order cafe food where you buy the tickets but there is no list or menu at that counter. So you buy tickets, go to cafe decide what you want and get back in line to order from cafe.

Quality vision & sound.
My one suggestion is that at least one cinema play kids cartoons and short movies every day during the school holidays. Would be very helpful during very hot or wet weather.

We were given half price Seniors tickets for ASSASSINS PLAN with Michael Keaton. It was the best movie we have seen about getting Dementia . 👍👌💕
