Very comfortable apartments. Very clean and modern. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Ideally located just a 2 min walk from city centre with water views and in-ground pool. Undercover parking is a little tight and not suitable for boats. Very well priced during low-season. Will definitely stay here in the future.

We recently stayed for 3 nights at Baywatch Luxury Apartments after reading past Tripadvisor reviews. We can say the apartment well and truly exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean and very spacious with everything you could possibly need for a break away. The water views over the inlet and up to the ocean from the living area and balcony were beautiful. Everything was close at hand, including town centre and walk along the water's edge.Wonderful value for money. Thank you Debbie and Ken for a beautiful stay.

We just finished a weeks stay at these great apartments. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. Perfect location, we hardly drove anywhere. Debbie and Ken were fantastic hosts and just genuinely lovely people. Loved that the kitchen had everything you could need to stay in and cook. Would 100 percent recommend and we hope to be back soon 🙂

Stayed for 7 nights in apartment 1. Location great - walking distance to woollies and aldi, and to both clubs, and to the cbd. Check in was easy. Debbie gave us a full rundown of Merimbula and the unit. The unit was very clean and very comfortable. Bedrooms are located at back of unit and no street noise there. The living area had a good size balcony which overlooked the lake. No hesitation in recommending Baywatch apartments.

My wife, daugther and I spent a week in one of these lovely apartments. We were on the ground floor. As the aparments are above the carpark, there was an excellent view of the estuary and out to the ocean.||The apartment layout is good. We particularly enjoyed the living area with it's fully equipped kitchen; dining area and lovely sitting area from which we could take in the view. My wife and daughter weren't massive fans of the beds.||The weather for much of our visit was wet and windy. Having a good view certainly helped. Also being walking distance to restaurants and Woolies is excellent. ||The on site hosts - Debbie and Ken - are friendly and helpful. ||The apartment was clean and we were kept informed of Covid related developments whilst we were there. Debbie also gave some good recommendations re eating out. ||The winter rates are very reasonble - we look forward to returning.

Decided to stay at Baywatch Apartments based on the previous good reviews, we were certainly not disappointed, in fact it exceeded our expectations. Apartment was spotlessly clean, and had everything you need, including washing machine and dryer. Views amazing from living and balcony areas, and so conveniently located to everything. Great outdoor areas and gardens well maintained. Warmly welcomed on our arrival by host Debbie, she and Ken were very helpful at all times. We will certainly will be returning to Baywatch Apartments. Bay watch apartments in Merimbula was the perfect place for a short break on our road trip. Although an older type apartment, it was impeccably clean, Debbie and Ken are the perfect hosts, efficient and friendly, we will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 5 nights. Apartments are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with the added benefit of a spa bath. The apartment had everything we needed with undercover parking a bonus. We had a lower level apartment but the views from the bay facing balcony were absolutely beautiful. Location of these apartments is everything you could ask for with restaurants, beach, supermarket and shops all within easy walking distance. The hosts - Deb and Ken who live on site are very obliging but un obtrusive. We would definitely stay here again - lots to see and do in Merimbula and surrounding area.
