Thank you to the lady on Reception - she was so helpful - nothing was too difficult. Excellent super plus customer service.|The apartment was fantastic. We have stayed here before and we will certainly come again. Plenty of room. Fantastic views - exceptional whale watching all day, everyday. (Take a pair of good binoculars each). Good linen. Very clean Apartment. Good views front and back. Walking distance to everything - beach, restaurants, shops, clubs. The Markets were on while we were there and that was just a stroll and a little walk. Good parking. safe and secure.|We loved it

Bayview has a superb location. We stayed in Unit 15B for 3 weeks and it is overpriced as an Executive level apartment.|Some of the problems we encountered were -|- Ceiling water leak inside front door|- Under- cupboard lights not working|- Vacuum cleaner and clock not working|- Ironing board has no cover|- Double bed mattress cover badly stained|- Equipment manuals irrelevant to current models|- Shutters in B1 on wrong tracks|- Outer door B2 does not lock|- Balcony ceiling badly in need of repair|- Non-stick [teflon] cooking equipment worn out and possibly toxic

So Disappointed, paid top $$$$ for a fully renovated apartment,
Shower heads didn't work properly, poor water pressure,
No heating or cooling in the apartment,
No warm blankets as we where here in the middle of winter so wasn't pleasant at night.
Only thing I can compliment is the view.
Very disappointed I could have stayed at Twin towns cheaper

Our family had a great three night stay at Bayview Apartments. The two bedroom apartment had plenty of space, particularly in the roomy TV/living room, the kitchen / bathroom / laundry amenities were fine, and the lovely view out to the beach is worth paying that bit extra for. We made good use of the tennis court, the pool looked inviting and the BBQ area also was appealing (although as both BBQs were occupied we ended up using the BBQs in the little park area across the road in front of the beach, which is also a good option.) It's barely a two minute walk to a couple of coffee/takeaway options down around the corner, and only a slightly longer walk to a couple of surf clubs and loads of eating and shopping options in Coolangatta itself. And given the beautiful Rainbow Bay is at your doorstep, what else do you need?

Bayview Apartments are the best place to stay. The new Managers are a breath of fresh air and would highly recommend after having very bad experiences in the past. The views are sensational and can walk to all restaurants. Would come back tomorrow if at all possible. Thank you for a great stay

My daughter and I came here for a night away and our first holiday in four years and we loved it! Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment with an amazing ocean view, great facilities with tennis courts and a pool/spa and sauna and we really loved not having to drive anywhere ... it was literally straight across the road to a beautiful beach and walking tracks, and minutes away walking to shops for takeaway. One night was definitely not long enough and we are excited to come back again soon!

Our family rented two apartments in March 2023 and were pleasantly surprised with how lovely the area and the apartments were. We had a couple of maintenance issues which were promptly taken care of. It was the most relaxing holiday we have ever had, walking distance to everything and the most beautiful ocean views you could imagine. We were concerned with no air conditioning and the temperature was over 30 but the breeze in the apartment flowed from front to back and as soon as you walked in from the outside heat, it felt a very comfortable temperature. Thankyou Bayview for a wonderful escape!

The units used to be well maintained but they have definitely gone downhill a lot. |The view is beautiful but to charge for a superior unit on 2nd floor is robbery. |There was mold on bathroom door and in the shower that came off easily plus inside kitchen windows were filthy! Again this came off easily so the cleaning needs to improve a lot. Tiles in ensuite floor needed a good clean. No washers provided with the linen! |Also they give you 1 dishwasher tablet for 4 people for 1 week stay! No soap shampoo or conditioner and 1 sachet or dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent for 4 people for 1 week. 1 tiny chic is provided. How do they expect you to clean up? Plus 1 roll of toilet paper only. This is just cheap considering the price that is charged. |We love the spot but may look elsewhere for accommodation . |I gave 3 stars for the location
