Again we have stayed at Bayview Apartments and as always was so enjoyable. The apartments are meticulously maintained as are the grounds. Ros and Tony ( managers) are always so friendly and accommodating. It’s an ideal place to stay as is situated between the lake and beach. Going back again during the whale season

We have just returned from another fabulous stay at Bayview Apartments.|The managers ( Ros and Tony) are always so warm and welcoming and can’t do enough for you. The apartments are always so neat and clean and the whole complex is always so well maintained .|The views overlooking the lake from the apartments are just glorious. See you in February

We could not have been happier with out stay. Managers were so lovely and we felt we could query anything if needed - definitely not needed however. Cleanest bbq I have ever seen too! The room had everything you could possibly need. Perfect position in Fishpen. We will be back!

Bayview Apartments Merimbula,

A Family oriented well managed and well-organised property.

This is our second week long stay at Bayview, we have found our little bit of paradise statically located of the famous Fishpen Rd right in front of Boggy Creek/ Great Merrimbula Channel a oasis of marine birds, breathtaking world-class views of the surrounding Merimbula locality, including Mitchies Jetty and Main Beach and the Merimbula town centre.

The Bayview apartments are run by Tony and Ros - Live in Managers they work tirelessly to ensure that the property and apartments are in top pristine condition, their hard work and attention to detail is rare these days in the hospitality industry, they go the extra mile to ensure that their guests feel welcomed, wether it be a chat on they way out for the day or calling if an issue arises rest assured Tony and Ros are there to help.

The apartment we have stayed in was presented fresh, clean and tidy, from the beds to the bathroom, kitchen to dining/lounge room not a thing out of place. The family oriented feel and vibe is something that cannot be missed. It's no thanks to Tony and Ros and their keen eye on attention to detail and focusing on the little things that other properties lack.

The pool is cleaned daily each moring by Tony and is absolutely spectacular on a hot summers day, the pool is also heated for when he days are of a cooler feel. The grounds in which the property is situated on are also well kept, from the BBQ area to the front yard and adjoining gardens, this again is accredited to Tony & Ros's dedication to perfection no stone left unturned no detail forgotten.

Bayview is a must see/stay location for practicality, ease of access, convenience and for anyone wanting a genuine break in absolute paradise.

Thank you Tony and Ros for yet again a flawless & perfect stay your hard work and dedication has not gone unnoticed.

Just back from another beautiful summer break at Bayview. Our family of 4 has stayed here many times - kids were little when we first went and they're not any more. Our apartment (usually we're in no. 7 on the top level) is always spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the location (overlooking the lake with the main beach just behind us) and outlook from the balcony are unbeatable. We'll be back!

You cannot fault the view from these apartments or the pride and care Ros and Tony take in the Apartments and the grounds. I just returned from a 2 night stay as a much needed break. The unit was spotlessly clean with a lovely living area. The view of the lake was stunning from the living area and sitting on the patio was a lovely way to pass the time. |Morning coffee at Mitches Jetty (about 20 steps away) was the perfect way to start each day. This is the ideal spot if you want to relax. Stunning scenery and easy walk to Cranky’s cafe as well. |Thanks Tony and Ros for making me so welcome. Can’t wait to come back for a much longer visiit.

The perfect location to enjoy Merimbula! As a family who love fishing, beaches and photography, Bayview is in the ideal location. It’s one of those places you don’t want to tell anyone about but Ros and Tony make you feel so welcome that you can’t help but want to promote the place. Definitely missing the short walk to our favourite fishing spot but look forward to visiting again!
