Almost perfect.

Loved our stay here, Has a wonderful charm & the service was wonderful, Excellent views from our room, Comfortable bedding & wonderful value for money. Only thing that id improve was the lack of an air conditioner in the room. Im not sure if it was just the room type we selected but i can't imagine you'd be very comfortable in summer without one.

We loved how the foyer was decorated and likewise with our room. This accommodation is great value for the price. The lodge is on a nice street with lots of options for dining. Beautiful views from the room, comfortable beds, and loved that Netflix was available on the TV. Really friendly service, with easy to follow instructions on how to access and use the facilities. We'd definitely re-book, and will recommend it to our friends and family.

Great time staying at The Bayswater Boutique last weekend. Great Easy-Going communication. Kind cleaning staff. Good little room, would love an option to split the Queen bed into 2 singles because I was there with friends, but not the end of the world. Great location and close to Kings Cross station. Overall very satisfied. Would stay there again for sure. Best value for money hotel in the area.

Great location & great service! Very convenient to be provided with security code access for my late arrival after hours. I really appreciated the room heater and lights turned on in readiness for my arrival! The bed was super comfy; room and facilities clean and ample for my needs. I wasn't sure about shared bathroom when booking, although i always found clean and well supplied, and never finding occupied when needed to use. I will definitely book again.

My first impression was favourable when meeting Donia the manager who was really welcoming, helpful & communicated by text well during my stay.
I had R5 for one night. A pleasant tastefully decorated historical building. I was pleasantly surprised the room was larger than I thought it would be. Bed super comfy, had a quiet restful sleep. Sink with running water/ mini kitchenette area was appreciated.
Shared bathroom worked well with good amenities ( not sure if provide hair stuff) I liked the shuttle service they provide but didn't use it. I felt very safe there.

What I didn’t like or needs attention:
No valuables safe & a backup key should be provided if key pads dont operate or if forgot your number. Must take your phone with you and not leave in room or will get locked out when no one there! But my key pad & front door worked well for me.
Fridge was not working at all ( but they changed it quickly which was impressive) TV not working - but was only there one night so
just let them know for the next guest. Cleaners need to check expiry dates on drawer snacks.
Window needs a fly screen so couldn't open
No air con - ceiling fan suffices but would not stay there in hotter weather. Needed a portable fan too. Overrall, I’d certainly stay there again & location is very good - but not for hot weather or longer stays.

The accommodation was excellent value for money. It definitely satisfied our one night stay for the 3 of us. The room size was adequate and the little kitchenette was fine with a microwave and fridge but obviously not designed for cooking a major meal. The only thing missing was an Air Conditioner which we didn't need but would be useful in summer. The Shared bathroom was a little daunting but turned out to be very acceptable being clean and tidy and only shared between a few rooms. The communication with staff was great all be it a bit overwhelming with the e-mails. Overall, an excellent place to stay for a few nights.

My partner and I stayed for 4 nights at double room with shared bath room. Enough space for two people and has got own little kitchen so we could have a easy meal by microwave and cattle. I was worried about the shared bath room is clean. But they have four and could use any of bathroom. Also they clean up morning and before evening so could have clean bathroom all the time, Enough amenities, they provided us all clean sheets and towels every day. Only 3 to 5 minutes walk to the station. Good location to access everything as the tourist. We were very happy to stay with the price and services.

Adding my review early in the hopes it helps with the shared bathroom - it's a sliding door to close the shower to avoid water everywhere.
I picked this place to stay in a different area, as I visit Sydney regularly.
The bed is super comfy, room is a good size, and the kitchenette is handy. My room also has a cute little balcony.
The only improvement I'd like to suggest would be a sliding door between the room and kitchenette to help reduce street noise and cold coming through.
Heater keeps the room toasty.
I was lucky enough to be able to check in early and was greeted with a pre warmed room. Very appreciative after a red eye flight!
